+ spacious + well divided and well organized( 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a great balcony, utility room with washing machine) + lots of kitchen gadgets( oven, coffee machine, blender, orange juicer, dishwasher, microwave, …) + near the bus station (3 minutes walk) + free parking spots in front of the building + helpful hosts + beautiful beach in less than a kilometer + sea view from the balcony, or the bedrooms + For the ones who want to explore the island, the property is very well located, in max 1 and a half hour of driving can reach anywhere. + 30 mins walking to nearest city and other great beach.

- clean can be improved - there is no light on the street - the mattresses are thin

Balcony and view. Well stocked kitchen with lovely large fridge and freezer, plenty of pots and pans and sharp knives. Beds were comfortable and rooms very large. Peaceful and on a quiet lane leading up to the hills and the walk to Capdepera.

There was nothing that annoyed.
