This was my 4th stay since 2016, I choose Lemon tree because of convenience, friendly staff, good food and comfort. Even though the hotel has aged a bit and a lot of new options has sprung up, I had a pleasant comfortable stay. The restaurant staff was amazingly friendly and made us feel he genuinely cared about what we wanted which was really nice and welcoming
The only thing that I did not like was the drop service. All guests should be equal but they preferred certain drops over others and even after providing 20 mins advance notification (as per their guidelines) expected us to wait for 30 mins because they had other upcoming drops they wanted to make before honoring our request. The cab was available and waiting there.

Very near to the railway station so easily accessible. Staff was responsive and provided with one way transport to the Yatra gate and main market.
Room service was v. Prompt and food was great.
Reception wasn’t well kept. It was smelling bad.
Rooms were okay but headboards of the bed were worn out. They could pay more attention to the cleanliness of side tables, drawers etc.
Also, rooms were not well lit. I felt they were saving up on light and didn’t have hotel like lighting.

The staff were friendly and courteous, especially at the restaurant. Their service was warm and attentive, which made a positive impression.
Additionally, the hotel provided convenient drop service to the market and city center whenever needed, which was a helpful touch.
The room interiors were quite dated, the toiletries were below expectations, and the AC cooling was poor. These aspects fell short of the standards I would expect from a hotel of this stature. Based on the room quality and amenities, I would rate the stay closer to that of a 2-star property.
