Val is a very good host. She responded to my inquiry promptly when I sent her questions. The facilities there were clean and acceptable. The building has guest WiFi facility. Comfortable bed.
The kitchen counter in the apartment was quite small and the work area was limited. The fridge needs to be defrosted as ice had been accumulated in the freezer box.

We loved the location. It was safe, walkable to grocery and attractions. It was clean, and issues were addressed promptly. The air conditioning worked very well. With new bed linens and more comfortable pillows I’d rate much higher. Valerie was there to welcome us and I think she really cares about the property.
The bedding was old and wearing thin. The old stained smelly feather pillows were promptly replaced, but with inexpensive foam. I was lucky I had enough usd to pay upon arrival because other electronic methods didn’t work.
