Comfortable, clean room with cute balcony overlooking the castle. Nice air conditioning. Great location with easy access to the main area. We met with Isabel for check in, a delightful lady.
All good but would mention that to reach the apartment you do have to walk up a hill which may be an issue for some.

The location near Rossio was very good. In the same time, the streets around the hotel did not feel very safe. Balcony was a nice plus.
The smallest kitchen I have ever seen. Since we didn't use it for more than washing our fruit and opening the wine, it was fine though. No wine bottle opener in the room.

Conveniently close to the centre. Everything was within walking distance. We didn’t need to use public transport at all apart from traveling from the station.
Surrounding area looks a bit scruffy but apartment block was looking very good.
