A friendly owner,we stopped for a night only on our road trip in Europe.We wanted to visit this area of Croatia!:)
10-15 min walking to the town centre ,walking to a path down to the town centre.On the way back is kind of going up on the hill but it wasn't a big problem.
Free car space in front of the house,which was very important for us !
There was a bit of smell in the house.(,like in a old house) but it wasn't a problem There was no TV in the room but we didn't need it .
Apparently there are Huge grasshoppers in the area.One huge grasshopper landed on my husband 's arm.The kids and I were terrified!!
It's not a guest house problem if course ;)

Comfortable matrasses for the good night sleep, air-conditioning, fridge, a balcony with a view for the sea, no paperwork, enough place for the family of 6.
Finding the entrance to the location was not easy (some signs would be helpful), no breakfast option available.

Good location. Private parking behind the house. Sea view. Quiet airconditioning. Little kitchen. No nonsense owners.
Something made a lot of noise. I suspect when somebody uses the shower next door. Just temporary so no big deal

It wasn’t that expensive so I didn’t expect much.
The door was hard to lock and open. Only one key and couldn’t be locked from the inside. It was not cleaned properly.
