El 99% de las cosas. Es que es un apartamento súper bonito, se escucha el agua cayendo de la acequia y es una maravilla. Los jardines de la urbanización son preciosos y están bien cuidados, el entorno es idílico!

Lo único que nos fastidió un poquillo fue la cama, que se hundía hacia dentro, pero conseguimos dormir más en los bordes 😂

Appartement au rez-de-chaussée d’une jolie résidence. Très bien équipé et confortable. Il est situé tout près du centre ville où l’on trouve de quoi faire ses courses et se restaurer. Proche de belles balades et pas très loin de Grenade.

Rien sauf le wifi qui est un peu capricieux.

We stayed in two different appartments within the development, which is in the middle of the village. The first one had a beautiful roof terrace with great views and it was big and spacious for a family of three. The location within the development was one of the best, I would say. The main pool area was very nice and it was guarded many hours a day. The lifeguards were very friendly, as were the facility guys, always ready to give you a hint about where to go. The first appartment we stayed in was directly in front of the pool... Nice. The roof pool in the building of the second apartment was a discovery! The common areas and garden are amazing, there are a lot of pictures of it and it is true! Morisco garden at its best. Vélez Benaudalla is a small and peaceful village in the "costa interior", which means you are about 25 minutes by car away from a beach. Nevertheless, the village offers enough just to stay put and enjoy its surroundings doing trekkings or montain biking. But not in summer :-) or very early in the morning.

The pictures of the flats you see online does not correspond to any particular appartment so you do not know in which appartment you will be staying. That´s why my expectations were higher, also the price of the accommodation suggested more comfort and amenities. The furniture in the first appartment was old, the bed linen was worn. The living room was just hideous. We never stayed in there: a plastic settee, sintetic flowers covered with dust, a broken lamp... The roof terrace was great and we had breakfast and dinner up there but it did just have old, plastic furniture... A sun shiel could have been great. That well equiped and tastefully decorated appartments are not an hoax, proved the second appartment we stayed in, only for the last night. The fact that it was located just to the oposite to the garage door, could have been a nuisance but I can´t say much about it since we just stayed one night there. We did not ask for a relocation from the first appartment, I guess, it would have work, but we just made the best of it and enjoyed the nights in the roof terrace, the peaceful and quiet nights in the development and the village.
