La posizione a mio giudizio è perfetta. Si trova a pochi chilometri da Budoni sulle prime colline. In pochi minuti sei in paese. Alla sera il caldo è meno asfissiante che in paese. Le camere e cucina sono condizionate. Noi abbiamo usufruito del condizionatore solo il primo e l'ultimo giorno. Alla sera apriamo le finestre e la porta del terrazzo ed è stato sufficiente per il confort. Nei mesi più caldi però credo non sia più possibile. Per noi è stata una ottima scelta.

Un piccolo problema con gli scarichi del lavandino ma prontamente risolto in giornata.
