It is so peaceful and tranquil. The remoteness being not far but far enough. Plenty of shops 12 minute drive that have everything you need.

Lovely accommodation with everything you need for self catering and very clean. All staff are lovely and pedro ensures you have everything you need for your stay and very welcoming. Great location and the bird life, if you enjoy bird watching there is a great variety to see. I like the fact you can horse ride if you want to and fish etc. there's table tennis and table football aswell. Great value for money and peaceful location.

Peaceful surroundings full of bird chatter. We watched a stork and baby in their nest. The apartment is cute, quite roomy and well equipped. The owner, Pedro, is friendly and gives helpful tips about the area.
The back courtyard was rather stark and uninviting.

Beautiful wild setting just outside Faro, loved a cold swim every day (we went in Feb), greeting the horses next door, walking around the natural reserve. It was easy to get into Faro with regular buses and cheap Ubers.
The weather 😂 we had terrible luck of rain and storms. The kitchen could have been better equipped (better knives, vegetable peeler)...
