About this house rental
Rural house of 140m2 built and 1000m2 of plot, 4 bedrooms. Located in a very quiet area, here you can enjoy a quiet environment and enjoy nature. It has a private pool. Also a barbecue and outdoor furniture. In the living room you have an open fireplace and sofas with table and chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped. We provide sheets and towels. Pets Allowed.
It is located on the top of a hill to enjoy a lot of privacy and wonderful views in all directions and especially the natural landscape.
With asphalted access, fenced in all its perimeter and the entrance door to the plot is automatic opening with remote control.
The house has windows with mosquito nets. It consists of living room with lots of light, fireplace, air conditioning, comfortable sofas, television. Kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, complete of all kinds of utensils. 4 large bedrooms. 3 bedrooms has 2 single beds each and one bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom.
In the outdoor area we have a swimming pool and a large plot.
Right at the entrance to the house there is a gas station and a shop where you can buy food and everything you need.
The check-in out of the established time carries the following charges:
- From 21:00 to 07:00 40 euros.
