Tremendous potential with some room reorganisation.

The house and studio were clean. The owner was helpful and friendly.

The 'kitchen ' was corridor between the bedroom and shower. It had 2 electric rings with a fridge unde and a sink and drainer with cupboard under There was no place to prepare anything except perhaps the table (and 2 chairs) in the bedroom or on the balcony.There was bed space for 3 which would be very tight for space.Tremendous potential

The room was bigger than we thought it would be and the overall look was newer and more spacious than it seemed on the photos. The man that greeted us and showed us to our room was very kind and welcoming. There was a table to sit at in the kitchen and one on the balcony too, which we really enjoyed.

The closet was too small and not convinient. There was only one shelf and one closet rail with a few hangers. There was not enough storage space in generell. The Wifi was not good and did not work half of the time.

Excellent location and kind hosts.

Location at the end of Betina is excellent. By the sea at entrance to marina. Plenty of runners and cyclists were passing by to nearby beach, while we enjoyed our time at a large balcony watching the sea.

Great vacation

We stayed during the corona virus time and the city was completely empty as well as the facility. Therefore, we had a private beach to ourselves. We found the best swimming is just in the front of the accommodation. The view was magnificent. The place is just a few steps from supermarkets, small farmer's market (for bigger shopping go to Sibenik which is much cheaper), ice cream places. Recommend to rent a motorboat in nearby tourist agency Amphora with great prices and approach, much better than in the centre. We want to return to Murter and most likely this place!

Just the mattress was a bit soft which was not a real problem.

Perfect romantic getaway

The appartment was perfect. Murter is a lovely place and the island is a nice get way and great spot for a romantic holiday. The appartment was clean and right next to the sea and the service was very friendly and welcoming. I can only recommend this appartment. Thank you for everything!

wenn man auf alte 70 Jahre Einrichtung steht ist man hier willkommen, die Türen in den Innenräumen sind verzogen, lassen sich nicht schließen. Unangenehm speziell am WC , die Küche ist ein Witz eine Person breit, die Klima ein Weiterer du musst einen kleinen Kanister ausleeren sonst geht das ding über, laut ist ein Hilfsausdruck

La posizione centrale consentiva di raggiungere sia il centro di Betina che quello di Murter a piedi in 15 min. Inoltre la struttura è vicinissima al mare.

Direi che l'ambiente era particolarmente spartano, dalle foto non era chiaro si trattasse di un monolocale, non c'era sufficiente spazio (armadietti/mobili) per sistemare oggetti e prodotti per il bagno o per la cucina. Non c'era asciugacapelli e alla richiesta il proprietario non si è minimamente sforzato di procurarne uno. Anche piatti, bicchieri e pentole non erano sufficienti per poter cucinare.
