Lokalizacja blisko plaży, a plaża na tyle długa że mimo wielu ludzi można znaleźć miejsce dla siebie. Wzdłuż plaży restauracje, bary, lody, piekarnie. Jest też piekarnia tuż obok apartamentu przy sąsiedniej ulicy. Miejsce dobre jako baza wypadowa do Parku Krka, czy twierdzy Knin. Do Vodic można piechotą- jest jakies 40 minut marszu. W apartamencie wygodne łóżka, apartament wyposażony w pralkę, dużą lodówkę z zamrażalnikiem.
Brak moskitiery w oknie w sypialni jest bardzo dużym minusem, szczególnie w nocy - jeśli otworzysz okno to masz komary, jak nie otworzysz też się nie wyśpisz, bo robi się bardzo duszno, a klimatyzacja jest tylko w pokoju z aneksem i jest w takim miejscu, że zanim chłód dotrze do sypialni to musisz schłodzić całą kuchnię. Poza tym z klimy wieje w kierunku łóżka, które jest w kuchni- na dłużej w nocy nie moglismy załączyć, żeby córka, która tam spala się nie przeziębiła. Brak worków na śmieci.
