Nice hotel, spread over several buildings, friendly staff but parking a bit tricky.

Friendly staff, superb breakfast, spacious room in annexe, good location on the edge of a charming spa-town.

Parking is a bit of a problem - the main car park is a long way from the main hotel and even further from the annexe. The marked spaces are too narrow and it’s a tight squeeze, even in a medium sized car.

Disappointing

Quiet!

Firstly images shows nice old fashioned German hotel, yet the actual hotel was a modern concrete building across the road. Nice inside but then was place in a room in older building 100 metres down the road!!!! Not even in the hotel. There was no airconditioning (32 degrees outside) and room was very hot. Had to walk to breakfast along the road and was more like a mess hall than dining room. Not impressed and used to german quality!

Helpful staff in restaurant due to our late arrival

Being housed in the adjoining apartment block away from the main hotel with no lift and based on third floor. No help with luggage even though reception knew we were pensioners and very tired after a delayed journey starting with a 4 hour plus delay at Folkestone.

Good Wi-Fi connection inside the room, good breakfast. Bed on the hard side but I liked it.

They had a pretty nice system to decide for or against room cleaning but wasn't used in practice.

Ein unvergesslicher, kurzer Aufenthalt, auf den wir auch kommenden Sommer zurückgreifen werden.

Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen total übertroffen. Nicht nur sie große Auswahl sondern auch die gebotene Qualität war hervorragend. Dazu der Frühstücksraum in einem tollen Ambiente , eine total freundliche und zuvorkommend Bedienung , dies alles hat das Frühstück zu einem großartigen Erlebnis gemacht.

Vermisst haben wir eine Flasche Mineralwasser im Zimmer,die sollte eigentlich immer im Preis mit drin sein.

Klein aber fein

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation per Mail und über Booking. Kostenlos die PfalzCard bekommen und sogar im Voraus zugesandt, um sie bei der Hinreise verwenden zu können. Beim Frühstück frisch aufgebackene glutenfreie Brötchen bekommen. Bad sehr geräumig mit Tageslichtfenster. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Matratzen zu weich, wenn man zu zweit drauf liegt, rollt man in die Mitte.

Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, würden das Hotel aber nicht noch mal buchen

Einrichtung der Suite war wunderschön, Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl wir den Eindruck hatten, dass die Mitarbeiter völlig überfordert waren (zu wenig Personal)

Aufenthalt war aufgrund der Größe des Hotels etwas unpersönlich, zum Frühstück ging es zu wie auf einem Bahnhof (Abfertigung von Reisebussen), das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße, so dass es gegen 5 Uhr morgens mit der Nachtruhe vorbei war, die Sauberkeit hielt sich in Grenzen, Parkplatzsuche fast täglich, da wir meist erst gegen 20.00 Uhr von Ausflügen zurück kamen.

Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen - es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Diamantsuite war super schön eingerichtet und genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Matratze war sehr gut. Das Ambiente hervorragend. Der Kurpark lädt zum Spazierengehen ein.

Die Breite der Parkplätze entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen Abmessungen der Autos.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und hat alle Wünsche abgedeckt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer sehr klein, die Betten total weich und das Badezimmer eine Puppenstube in Pladtik.

Das Frühstück war umfangreich, die Zimmer sehr gepflegt und das Bett sehr bequem.

In der Dusche hätte es etwas Platz für Ablage gebraucht und ein Schminkspiegel wäre auch ganz nett gewesen.

Sehr zu empfehlen für den Preis und auch schöne Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl und schmeckte alles gut bis sehr gut. Für Fahrräder gibt es einen absperrbaren Raum. Parkplatzmöglichkeit hinter dem Hotel war ebenfalls gut, allerdings relativ schmale Parkplätze. Grünanlage hinter dem Hotel ist sehr idyllisch und ladet zum verweilen ein. Hotelzimmer war für mich vollkommen in Ordnung, großen Luxus gab es aber jetzt auch nicht, hatte ich für den Preis aber auch nicht erwartet.

Parkplatzgröße hätte besser sein können. Eine Hauptverkehrsstraße läuft am Hotel direkt vorbei, die dann ab ca 6.30 Uhr in unserem Fall bei offenem Fenster schon deutlich zu hören war.

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Renovierungsbedarf der Zimmer. Der Teppichboden müsste ausgetauscht werden. Ist alles schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Chefin könnte auch etwas freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein.

Rundum gesehen kann man hier ienen schöenn Aufenthalt haben.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl auch an lokalen Spezialitäten zudem auch einige warme Speisen. Schnelle und einfache Abwicklung des Check in durch vorherige online Registrierung. Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich.

Hotel Luisa ist ein wenig hellhörig. Im Economy Zimmer ist für mich die Dusche etwas zu klein. Auch wirkt das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Zimmer. Maximal für eine Person geeignet. Mini-Badezimmer (Plastikbox) war so eng, dass der Duschvorhang am Körper klebte. Insgesamt unzumutbar.

Interessantes historisches Gebäude. Einrichtung insbesondere für Liebhaber der Jagd passend. Gratis-Parkplatz nahezu vor der Hoteltür.

Muffiger Geruch im Badezimmer. Einrichtung des Zimmers überladen. Wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück.
