Great location, well equipped apartment.

The apartment is in a great location - 10/15 min walk from Crikvenica seafront. Private parking was very useful and was nice and easy to get in and out. The apartment was well equipped and we had everything we needed.

The shower was in a bit of an awkward position - on the wall in a bath with a slanted ceiling. Made it a little tricky to shower, but we managed fine once we'd figured it out and it didn't really bother us!

Very helpful staff. Every time I rang him, he was there in 5 minutes. The apartment is very close to beach and the city centre as well. Lidl is 5 minutes walk away.

DRECKSBUDE! ABSOLUTES NO GO!

Gute Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten im Hof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Nach der Buchung habe ich nach ein Babybett gefragt. Die Antwort kam schnell, dass es nicht vorhanden ist, sollen wir lieber eigenes Bett mitzunehmen. Danach haben wir mehrere Mails von Adriagate erhalten, aber diese Energie sollen sie woanders reinstecken. 2 Tage vor dem Ankunft haben wir unsere Daten und die Ankunftszeit angegeben. Wir sind an dem Tag pünktlich um 12.00 angekommen, darüber habe ich den Gastgeber per SMS informiert. Dann 15 Min später kam die Reinigungspersonal an, unser Apartment war noch gar nicht vorbereitet. Wir sind zum Essen gegangen, nach 1,5 Std sind wir zurückgekehrt, dann hat uns die Putzfrau die Wohnung übergeben. Es war ein Babybett doch vorhanden, aber man wollte seinen Hund auch nicht reinlegen, fleckige Bezug, Haare usw. Zum Glück haben wir unseres auch dabei gehabt. Die Küche ist so schlecht ausgestattet, es gibt nicht mal 2 gleiche Teller, 4 Tassen aber nur einen Löffel usw nur ein verkalkte Wasserkocher steht da. Das Herd dient nur als Deko, nicht mal angeschlossen. Aber ein Elektroherd aus 1935 steht aufm Kühlschrank. Aus 2 Platte funktioniert nur eine, damit kann man ein Rührei in 30 Min fertig machenm Am ersten Tag sollten wir einkaufen gehen, Geschirr, scharfe Messer, Schneidebrett und einen Elektrogrill zu kaufen, dass man mindestens frühstücken kann. Die Wände und die Fliesen sind dreckig, überall Schimmel und Fettreste, im Bad sind die Fliesen Matt von dem Kalk. Es gibt nicht mal eine Räumigkeit wo alle Leuchte leuchten. Viele Steckdosen gehen gar nicht. Direkt über dem Bett hört man wenn die Toilette oben gespürt wird, umd das Beste, dass die Personal direkt über die Wohnung wohnt und sie kommen immer in der Nacht wahnsinnig laut nach Hause, dan fangen an zu duschen und die Toilette zu benutzen. Der Couch im Wohn-Esszimmer ist so dreckig dass man nicht Platz nehmen will, unter dem.Möbel wurde wahrscheinlich nie gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage kühlt, aber der Filter ist schwarz, kein Wunder wenn es manchmal stinkt.

Pessima esperienza, cucina quasi inutilizzabile

Il climatizzatore funziona bene, unica cosa l'aria è diretta proprio verso il letto. Il terrazzo è piccolo ma è carino per fare colazione e utile per stendere.

Il monolocale è semplicemente una stanza da letto con un angolo cucina praticamente inutilizzabile. Non ci sono posate, abbiamo mangiato una sera con due forchette da dolce (le uniche), ci sono solo coltelli che non tagliano di cui uno da formaggio che non riuscivamo neanche a tagliare il pane. L'unica sera che abbiamo mangiato in camera ho dovuto strappare il pollo con le mani. Non c'era un bollitore o un pentolino piccolo per scaldare il te; il gas funziona solo con un accendino perché non funziona con il tasto (noi non siamo fumatori) e quindi siamo rimasti con il pollo crudo nella padella. Il bagno è minuscolo e la porta della doccia non si apre bene e non era pulitissimo. In camera con il divisore tra il legno e le piastrelle ogni volta rischiavamo di inciampare perché rotto. Il frigo è completamente smontato con le viti a vista con il rischio di metterci una mano sopra. La TV non ha il cavo dell'antenna collegato quindi se non hai un account di streaming non è possibile vedere nulla. Per scendere alla spiaggia si impiega 15 minuti più o meno ma la salita se fa caldo è veramente pesante da fare. Carta igienica c'era un unico rotolo per una settimana e ovviamente non bastava. In conclusione abbiamo pagato tantissimo per una camera con cucina praticamente inutilizzabile.

Umyvadlo a záchod byly špinavé, vůbec ne bylo mýdlo, musely jsme ho dokoupit, 1 role toaletního papíru na 8 dní pro dvě osoby?, lednice špatně chladila, dvířka mrazáku zlomená, dvířka ledničky také zlomená , chyběla obyčejná konvice, byl tam starý kávovar, ani nešlo uvařit vodu na čaj , kafe nepijeme . Majitelé ubytování za celou dobu jsme ne viděli, ubytoval nás mladý kluk, který nám řekl že je od majitelé, takže jsme ani ne měly možnost něco řešit , byl jsem opravdu zklamaný.

Ogólnie zadowoleni

Fajny apartament na poddaszu z balkonem na morze. Na balkonie suszarka na ubrania i parasol słoneczny. Pokoje naprawdę ładne, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona w piekarnik, mikrofalówkę i płytę grzewczą. Przy budynku duży parking. Niedaleko znajduje się Lidl i mała galeria z większym marketem i chociażby apteka. W oknach zewnętrzne rolety , dzięki którym pokoje nie nagrzewały się tak od słońca. Ogólnie wrażenia pozytywne.

Niestety do morza jest około 15 min, nie byłoby problemu gdyby nie to, że trzeba schodzić często po schodach i z górki i jest sporo zakrętów. Do centrum podobnie. Budynek leży również przez ruchliwej ulicy i nocą słychać często przejeżdżające obok samochody. W pokojach mogłoby być trochę czyściej, koło łóżek chyba dawno nie było sprzątane. Podłoga w łazience też trochę zakurzona i liczne wlosy.Brakowało mi również jakiegoś Mopa, żeby można było przetrzeć podłogę zwłaszcza po powrocie z plaży. Ponadto jedna klimatyzacja w jadalni nie daje rady schłodzić takze pokojów i przydały by się chociaż wentylatory na wyposażeniu.
