We loved the hotel. It supports great causes and feels like a private paradise. Staff go above and beyond. The pool is nice, and the gardens are great. Our villa was excellent - spacious, comfortable, exactly what we needed after a long hike. And the food and drinks are incredible.
The biggest downside to this hotel is the road to get to it. It isn't that it is far from the town, but the road is a bit rough. And I can imagine worse after rain. It looks like it is getting fixed, but be aware of this as it adds some time going back and forth.

The staff were incredible, from the gardeners to the security guards to the waiters, everyone was so friendly. Special shout out to Bishwas Gurung, he helped with every request with a smile on his face. The food was great too (ask Bishwas for recommendations).
Managers kept interviewing or having business meetings in pool area, guests come here to relax and get away from work and loud conversations.
