All the facilities and scenery. Well integrated in the surrounding forest allowing tranquility. The food and and staff were amazing!
Bed mattress too soft contrasting with hard pillows. For hot days, I would transfer the dining room to the outside, allowing guests to dine under a tree or in the "palheiro" area which is beautiful, instead of having dinner in a closed room which is the same where we had breakfast (No ambience)

Everything this is a very special hotel. I loved it and i have never have a 10 to a hotel this for me was perfect. The details, the architecture, the service, the food, the nature around and minutes from one of the most special places on planet earth. Amazing

After reading previous reviews, I felt that this would be a great choice. Upon arrival, we were captured by its beauty and charm. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The grounds are very well kept and beautiful. There is a private chapel that offers a quiet place to reflect and pray.
Our breakfast was beyond wonderful. Every detail exceeded our desire. Truly magnificent.
The pool was being repaired. I had hoped for a splash.
