Small, compact apartment equipped with everything needed for a holiday stay. Heating is provided by two electric radiators—one in the main living area and one in the shower room. Sleeping arrangements include one double pull-out sofa and two bunk beds, offering adequate comfort after a full day of skiing. The kitchen area is fully equipped for cooking and includes a coffee filter machine, a KRUPS coffee machine (which was not functioning properly during our stay), a toaster, and an electric kettle. A ski locker is available on the first flight of stairs from the car park area. The car park is secured by a remote-controlled barrier and is conveniently located directly in front of the access stairs, making loading and unloading luggage easy.

The property listing on Booking.com stated that a €300 security deposit was required. However, an email received only a few days before check-in indicated that the deposit was actually €500. Despite this discrepancy, we complied with the request, although it felt excessive given the condition and value of the apartment. The information on Booking.com was not properly updated, which is misleading and unacceptable. Additionally, there was significant noise within the building. While this is not directly related to the apartment itself, it is caused by other guests not respecting building rules. In particular, people frequently walked through the stairwell wearing ski boots, resulting in loud clanking noises, especially early in the morning and in the evening when guests were coming back from skiing.

Location was excellent and decor was nice.

No curtains in the living room / bedroom. Very small for two adults and two teenage boys.

Very clean and fully equipped

The property was really clean and modern and had a lovely cosy atmosphere. The kitchen was well kitted out, the stove top was very good and worked very well. The bedding and sheets were very good and there is a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. The location was amazing - 5 minute walk to the main Jandri express gondola and well within easy walking distance to amenities, shops, restaurants etc. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. If I visit Les 2 Alpes again, this is the place I will be staying. Amazing apartment. It also looks much better in person than the photos.
