Eräjärven Eerola Guesthouse

We had to leave early in the morning but while we were away they have prepared a rellay nice breakfast(even gluten free ingredients) in our room so we could eat properly. The place was really cosy and super nice.

The sink was really small so it was a bit complicated to use it and unfortunately in our room there were two single beds instead a double and the singles were slipping away from each other.

The room was as described and clean. It has a refrigerator, a stovetop, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

I booked a room with breakfast for two nights. The address of the accommodation listed in the booking confirmation was incorrect; when I arrived around 6 p.m., the building was dark and nobody there. I called the number provided, and the woman who answered guided me to the correct address. She also mentioned in passing that breakfast wasn’t available because the employee responsible for it was sick. I asked for a refund for the breakfast I didn’t receive. Even after sending another email asking about the refund, I still did not receive any money back. Communication with the accommodation was inadequate; I had to find out all the information on my own, instead of receiving an email with the important details before my stay.
