Einfach alles: Service war absolut top notch. An der Rezeption wurde auch sehr gut Englisch gesprochen (was wir in China aber nie erwarten). Jeden Tag gab es im Zimmer eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit, ob Gesichtsmaske oder Kissen-Spray. Wir haben ein Zimmer nach Taikoo Li gebucht...somit hatten wir eine herrliche Aussicht. Bett und vor allem auch das Bad waren hervorragend. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das ganze Hotel war sehr stilvoll. Poolbereich, Lobby und Restaurant sind ebenfalls wunderschön. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht und haben es nicht bereut: war ein Traum. Ein Hauptgrund, warum wir das Hotel in der schönen, aber auch sehr großen Stadt Chengdu gebucht haben, war die Lage. Da ist man Mittendrin und spürt den Vibe.

Nichts. Alles war top.

Staff Software/Softskills need an upgrade, RIPPED OFF at Niccolo Kitchen!!! 270 RMB for 7 overcooked boiled eggs (not peeled) and bad coffee! I would have given the property a higher rating, but my last exchange with them has caused a lower rating as I would not expect this from a hotel of their "rating" or "price". We told the Niccolo Kitchen we were in a hurry and did not want to pay a lot as we only had 5 minutes. They said they would help us since cafes were mostly closed outside the hotel. We were not shown a menu or given a quote. We were handed a bag and charged 270 RMB (this is almost 3x what we would have paid at family mart). After opening the boxes we realized we paid a CRAZY amount. I was very willing to let this go and only mentioned this casually to the staff upon check out with the advice that they should have the kitchen make sure that they are listening to their guests. They proceeded with sending me screen shots of the menu (that we never saw) with circles around the prices. The eggs were called "Eggs cooked to your preference"- these eggs were not, they weren't even peeled for us.. which I would expect for 270 RMB! I have not asked for any money, but was outraged by the response considering this isn't a bargain hotel- I expected more on how they would respond. At least acknowledge and say you will help the next Guest vs. sending me menu prices that were never shown to me! Last- I know in China smoking in rooms happens, but our room definitely smelled of light smoke during the evening. If you decide to stay and are sensitive to smoke mention this to them.
