Conforto e tamanho do quarto e banheiro, amenidades, vista perfeita do canal da ilha bela, piscina e área externa muito bem construída e perfeita para o final de tarde.

Um pouco de barulho proveniente da avenida que passa na frente da pousada. Mas isso é um problema sem solução ao meu ver. Não acho que chega a comprometer a experiência.

Quarto agradável e limpo, a vista é maravilhosa e a piscina tem um espaço muito relaxante.

The view is simply stunning and communication with the staff has been seamless from start to finish. Everyone is genuinely helpful, creating a welcoming and effortless experience. Cleanliness is something I value highly and I must say the facility reach my expectations spotless throughout which deserves real recognition. I chose to extend my stay and that alone speaks volumes. The peaceful atmosphere, away from the crowds, provided exactly the quiet retreat I needed. Truly a place worth returning to.

While there’s no breakfast available on site, there is a restaurant though reaching it requires either a short walk or a scooter ride. In good weather it’s manageable but rain makes this less convenient, as it’s about a 10 minute ride on an electric scooter. Mosquito nets would be a welcome addition as there are quite a few mosquitoes and a small gap in the balcony door allowed them into the room. Hot water wasn’t available although only lukewarm still perfectly usable, so I didn’t report it. During my stay sun loungers hadn’t yet arrived but the staff explained they were on the way, so this has likely been resolved😉hopefully. There’s no beach directly on site, though it’s easily accessible by transport.

O atendimento deixou a desejar. Fui recebido na chegada sem a cordialidade esperada e, ao solicitar um cardápio, fui questionado de forma irônica, sendo informado apenas depois que não havia serviço de alimentação no local (atendimento realizado por um funcionário da recepção, careca). Além disso, o chuveiro do banheiro apresentava problema, ligando e desligando sozinho. Para uma diária nesse valor, esperava um atendimento mais profissional e uma melhor manutenção.
