Las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy amables, la Ubicación excelente. Ya nos habíamos hospedado antes, ahora tienen áreas nuevas para jugar rana, tomarse una cerveza, escuchar música y comer algo

Es un hotel bonito, la habitación confortable, amplia y cómoda. Está bien ubicado en una vía principal de fácil acceso y con parqueadero amplio.
No hay personal en la recepción, no hay atención al cliente de forma directa solo por WhatsApp, que no responden. En la suite, no se cuenta con algo tan básico como una jabornera en el lavamanos. No hay en el hotel, dónde brinden un vaso de agua, o que se pueda comprar. En general la atención al cliente, no es nada buena. Y lo más incómodo, es un ruido constante de un motor de algún aparato grande, que suena de forma permanante, que impide descansar y a pesar que se preguntó por el chat, no se obtuvo respuesta y mucho menos solución, para poder tener un buen descanso.
