Location is amazing, people hard working and friendly. They clean through out the day we had nothing to clean. Rangers were well educated and I have learned a-lot of interesting facts. Amazing place. Pool table was a blessing and enjoyed by all.

I am absolutely delighted with my stay at Buffalo Thorn Lodge! The accommodation itself was perfectly clean, very well prepared for guests, and extremely comfortable. The location is absolutely outstanding - beautifully secluded, which meant that wild animals often visited the lodge, making the experience even more magical and unique. However, the biggest highlight by far were the hosts, who were also our Safari guides. The Safari trips were absolutely spectacular! Even though I understand that in the wild you can’t always see everything you hope for (which only proves how truly wild and authentic the nature is), I was more than thrilled with the experience. The guides put so much effort into showing us as much as possible and shared fascinating facts about the local fauna and flora. We spent these days in a wonderful, warm atmosphere and will definitely return in the future. Thank you for everything Jumari and Evan ❤️🐆

Everything was perfect!

Property has fantastic location, that is the reason for our repeat visits. We take our overseas guests there.We were extremely lucky this time,elephants and lions for breakfast and dinner...imagine. Your example question was about breakfast -thank you,it was excellent so was lunch,dinner ,snacks and drinks, we brought all of it ;-) That being said,there are lots of minuses...

Staff at the property should and must do much,much better. We had to call them to light up a fire,also they pointed out numerous times that they DO NOT provide ANYTHING ,refreshments,for the drives,morning and evening. That was not the case previously,there were always at lease cool drinks,rusks etc. They did go out of their way to tell us that they DO NOT PROVIDE ANYTHING, but they never once offered any service, help as a normal host would do. When it comes to cleanliness,jacuzzi bath was full of bugs every night,with windows closed shut, we think from the thatched roof. My husband had a very bad rash on his feet, again we think from the rugs through the house.....etc
