The bed was not very comfortable as the mattress split in the middle.

The beds, everything its worse than the pictures and during our stay the boiler stop working. I contact with the staff and nobady again contact with me to solve the problem

Big kitchen with useful equipment, high ceiling, good location close to transport, restaurants, and supermarkets.

We stayed in August. The A/C did not work well at the beginning, but luckily it started working. The old A/C was a bit noisy.

location and comfort is really good for the apartment.

they using QR code scanners to open the doors. there are 3 doors to open to reach your apartment. I had trouble 2 of them and these troubles made me wait outside the door more than 1 hour in total during 3 days. This was not my expectation for a smooth check in policy. Very bad experience for a short stay. staff was helpful though, but receiving a reply or solution can take time.

The location is great, a bit away from the boulevard so it’s not noisy at all but also close to some bars so in the weekend the street is very animated. The room is clean and comfy.

The QR system, even though is more convenient since you don’t have to spend any time doing the check in or waiting for someone to bring you the key, can be not so great during a power outage 😀

The location was great. I definitely recommend it!

I liked the location — it’s close to many great cafés and bars. It’s also near Milano Centrale and some good stores for shopping.

There was no tea, still water, even one item like that in the apartment. Also, early in the morning there was noise from garbage collection not a big deal but anyway.

Frustrating experience but Milan and it’s people helped me out a lot.

The location was great and the apartment was clean and there were good facilities

The wifi tripped in and out all day and often it was shared with another apartment making the signal weak. Getting in first day was not achieved, I had to book into a hotel. Customer service said it was not available but contact by email was. They were very apologetic but I still had to pay for the hotel €157. Apparently, the QR code on my phone was blurred. It was sorted the next day but, no recompense was offered. So, that was poor. More instructions were needed about entering my QR code. Snap shot the code maybe?

Location is great

Check in was horrible, it took us 30 minutes QR code entry No heating - we were freezing !! The flat is very cold, dark and humid Mold in the bathroom Very bad isolation- you hear everything outside the flat Sofa bed is horrible, but the mattress upstairs is ok

Staying at Melzo 12

Location is great, a lot of cafés, bars, shops around, very close to everything. Metro and bises are 2 min walk from the place. Very nice patio, where you can take coffee or chat, with nice patio furniture.

The attitude of the staff:asked for the bedding - was waiting for 2 nights for it, asked for the key, was told it's only virtual and saw a real key in the neibour's hands. No toaster, no coffee maker, nothing except the kettle in the kitchen, very basic,. in the bathroom no shower curtain, water splashes, saw a cocroach in the bathroom. No sound isolation, you hear the entrance door opens and elevator works, when neighbors come at night.

The fee and tax price couldnt be that high same as booking price

Its not like that from picture.And also ı didnt realize when make a rezervation price 100 % percent more their price around 3000 liras thats why ı choose here bur ı couldnt realize same price like +3000 liras for tax and fee when ı paid ı see on my account details.And ı check other property ther tax and fee price very low never same the booking price. maybe ıts my inattention but ıt s not fair.Also they write checkout time at 11 am when ı go for coffee in the morning and come back to apartment around 9:58 am ı couldnt open the building door ıt s got expired one hour before the check out.

Good stay for 2-3 nights

Comfortable bed, clean space, and all the necessary kitchen essentials. The check-in process was fast, and the apartment itself is very cozy

Before moving in, you have to sign a contract in which one of the clauses states the property owners are not responsible if you’re robbed. This felt a bit suspicious and made us feel unsafe in the apartment

Apart of the door episode the stay was good

Cozy, nice looking place with everything you need in there.

when we arrived the door lock was not working so we couldn’t enter the apartment. After calling the service number we were dropped off the call several times, so we waited 1,5 hour for someone to come and open the door for us. it is a bit frustrating to spend 1,5 of your day in Milano sitting by the door without getting help.

nice location and a nice block with restaurants.

the next day we went out for breakfast and when we came back the code to the apartment stoped working. we had all our luggage and passport inside and could not get in. it took 1h (6calls) to get in touch with someone from customer service to answer and they were so rude and unhelpful. No one could help us open the door and after 2 hours finally they sent someone to help us at the apartment. This man who helped us was very nice and helpful.

The location is very good, it's in the city center on the street full of restaurants but quite as it's in the patio. A lot of restaurants around. A good supermarket just 3 mins away.

I've stayed 8 nights and asked if they could provide a spare bed linen and they answered that it's possible for an extra charge of 61 euros. The internet is very bad and not enough strong even for Instagram. There was a terrible smell from the bathroom and as me was told it's the issue of condominium During my stay there were some works in the apartment just under mine and workers start drilling at 8am what was very annoying and they didn't stop till 4pm

Great stay for a few days. WiFi works well, great ground floor studio

The use of the code was great as it meant that I didn't have to carry keys around.

Bit of a lack of lighting in the studio, also the windows could have had some privacy covers over the large windows. Could have provided a dishcloth and drying cloth to use, also more than 2 toilet roll for.the duration of the journey, as we almost ran out. There was no safe which would have been great to store away safe items.

very good location and practical apartments

really liked the fact of using codes to get in the apartments and to the building it self , not needing the use of keys and having the responsibility of keeping them. the codes where given after I called the hosts , and they explained me everything very well, not having problems of getting inside at all.

the kitchen didn't had some of it basic needs , as the detergent and some culinary needs.
