Italianway Easy - Melzo 12

Great location very close to transport links and with lots of places for food and drinks nearby. Apartment was comfortable and very quiet even when the street outside was busy. Appreciated how easy it was to get into the apartment and get the keys.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Milan. Everything was incredibly easy from start to finish — check‑in was smooth, communication was clear, and the apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away, making it very convenient to enjoy the city. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle‑free experience. Highly recommended!

For using the amenities/utilities included it would be good for the team to leave some dishwasher and washing machine tablets to make the stay more convenient.

Air conditioner in bedroom did NOT work, cooling very little air and making a loud clicking sound. Thankfully the AC in the living room worked, but made a loud clicking sound after a half hour. I called Italianway Easy immediately on arrival, appeared helpful on phone, but disinterested in fixing the bedroom AC. The bed was extremely low off the ground, at about 20cm, almost a futon - getting up at night was no fun for someone 188cm tall. The bed sheets were very thick and heavy - more suited for winter, not a hot summer. My stay was for 16 nights - only 1 toilet roll was supplied and no dishwashing liquid/tablets, and no mid stay clean or linen change. Frankly booking.com needs to LIFT its long stay game.
