Self-catering Apartment w/ Terrace

Situé près des commerces. De la plage (10mn à pied) Très calme. Propre. Avec toutes les commodités. Grande terrasse protégée du ☀️.

Les terrasses sont vraiment un plus. Proche des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage.

Comme les autres commentaires, un petit effort sur la literie serait un plus, mais ça passe carrément.

There are three construction sites around the house - there is extremely loud noise comeing into the bedrooms (drilling, crashing the walls etc), when you stay on the terrace there are workers moving around on the rooftops of adjacent buildings. I understand that there might be construction activities ongoing but this should be included in the description of the house and rental fee should be adjusted accordingly. Pictures of the property (view on the ocean side) is outdated and fixed in a way to make the property look much closer to the ocean. In fact in front of the building (in ocean view direction) there is a house under construction which last floor is on the same level as the upper part of terrace of the property. At the time you book the property with option to pay upon arrival you receive information from the property that in order to keep the reservation you need to issue prepayment. This is also something that should be included in the description. At night the area around the house gets completely dark, knowing that the surrounding buildings undergo construction works and anyone from the street can easily access the terrace of the rented property (from the rooftop of proximate buildings), what definitely is not comfortable during your stay.
