Le ménage est partiellement fait. Un deuxième balais serait nécessaire (un pour l'intérieur et l'autre pour l'extérieur).

Emplacement agréable, bien situé, proche du centre de Ciutadella et bien placé pour circuler dans l'île. Très joli jardin et environnement agréable

We liked the privacy of the villa, the swimming pool is a big bonus. We like the idea of the outside shower to rinse off, the barbecue, the roof terrace (be careful with children). The villa equipment is OK and pretty complete, but not luxury. The owners are very friendly and kind and answered all of our requests. We will come back at a cooler and quieter time of year.

The villa has been recently renovated, notably the kitchen and bathroom, it's a pity that they didn't find enough space for a dishwasher. If you wanted to complete the offer and make it luxury it would be ideal to add air conditioning...this would also mean that you can sleep with the windows closed to not hear the neighbouring pool parties and animal noises. Also note that the start of the access road is closed in the evening (19-22h) July and August because too many cars go to Punta Nati...take your booking paper with you to show the security guards and they let you pass.
