The room doesn't have cleaning daily service on the price have to pay extra. Is not informed when booking.

There was no reception desk and the host did not provided adequate details to collect the keys/access the property.
Fortunately, another accommodation has 24hrs reception desk in the Reception Building of the Golf Resort. The staff knew the host I had to contact and they made me the massive favour of make contact with them. All the acknoledgement for them.
