Zacisze Pod Lipą

The property is lovely, the whole site has a good community feel and the facilities for families are great. The pool was perfect for the kids, the grounds are well maintained and looked after and the place is quiet and very relaxing. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the beds are firm but this suited us and plenty of place for larger families to sleep even though we were a family of 4.

The only negatives are that although the villa has an induction hob, not all of the pans are able to be used on this surface. It's a very small thing. There is a rather large security deposit (1000zł) that is clearly stated in the agreement that must be payed in cash, this was returned to us no problem but was a rather sum initially and for foreign tourists just something to be aware of. Personally I would have preferred this to be charged to my credit card but I understand this may not always be the easiest. The jacuzzi is available and is lovely but is 150zł per hour, worth it but I would argue a little expensive for that hour. It is log fired, so needs someone to set up. However very well looked after and a top quality addition.

The property is beautiful, the pool was clean as well as inside the home we were in. It was pretty well stocked with whatever you might need in a kitchen. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but it was fine for the two nights we had. The 4 beds in the attic are a little uncomfortable to get to and definitely only for children to fit.

The listing did state air conditioning but it was just one unit in the living room, it the upstairs and especially the attic rooms were pretty hot. The owner did turn us off from the get go. When we got there the kids opened the jacuzzi and put the lid on the ground, within minutes the owner came and started screaming at us. I told him he doesn’t need to yell at two women like that he can speak calmly. He mentioned that he was mad at the earlier group that checked out but that really has nothing to do with us and made us feel so uncomfortable, my poor aunt didn’t want to go out of her room for the rest of the night .
