Not for the families with kids and choose it if you don't want to sleep at all

Close to the beach

We were choosing bigger apartment and not a tiny room we got. Pictures do not correspond to the reality. Fungus in the bathroom. The walls were from the paper, you could hear everything from other apartments, how people talk, pee etc. There is a road downstairs, very noisy and full of cars, so it was not much possible to enjoy the terrace. Other guests noisy, drinking all night. A disco club across the road,very noisy as well. The owner was nice, but not managing his business very well.

Very clean rooms! nice place’s location, as it was right next to the beach and right above store, so you have all you need on spot. balcony and kitchen also very suitable for logistics.

can get quite loud, as pedestrian street is right in front of hotel, but if you are understanding about it, it does not disturb so much. recommend place!!!

Location was perfect. It was a small basic apartment but it was right next to the beach and only a short walk away from old town and more restaurants. Lovely to have a balcony as we used this a lot. And overall perfect value for money and exactly what we needed.

The location is perfect, the sea is 10 metres from the apartment. We liked the sunset, the view was amazing.

We had to buy toilet paper because it was not include the price… however I think toilet paper is a basic thing in an apartment…

Quity a compromise for a beachfront appartment.

Beach, shops, bars, restaurants are close.

Parking is not good. 10 cars are parked in line on an empty property. Car owners constantly looking for eachother to ask to move their cars. One big common balcony in front of your windows, other guests are smoking right next to your bedroom window. Beachbar music and road traffic is quite noisy. Rooms are cramped and not really in a good condition.

Magnificent view

Location is perfect. Ten meters away from the beach with absolutely magnificent terrace. Host is very kind and helpful. Would recommend it to anyone

Relaxing,

I liked view from terace because you can see whole bay area. Apartment is very close to the sea. Host was very nice and friendly. Internwt Rooms were spaceous and full of light. I felt very comfortable staying there.

Location is perfect, beach is in front of house, you have 2 min. Grocery and bakery are 5 min from apartment. Also, Trogir is near the island and Split also.

Veľké sklamanie. Cena nezodpovedá stavu.

Lokalita blizko pláže.

Izba veľmi malá, fotky skresľujú vašu predstavu a sú zavádzajúce. Zariadenie strohé. Dvere sa zasekávali, podarí sa vam ich odomknúť tak na tretíkrát. V kúpeľni pleseň a mokré fľaky na stenách. Budova by nutne potrebovala opravu, nie len hygienický náter stien. Spoločná terasa a hluk z chodby pripomína hostel.

A part közelsége mindent kárpótol!

A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló! Az utcától majdnem a legtávolabbi szobában voltunk, így nyugodtan tudtunk aludni, nem hallottuk az utca forgalmát/zaját. Egyszerűen berendezett apartman, aludni tökéletes volt. A kiságy, amit gyermekünknek kértünk nagyon jó volt. Ingyenes parkolás közvetlen az apartman mellett! Praktikus a közös erkély és a szabad szárító használat!

Kicsit kicsi, zsúfolt a szoba. A fürdőszoba is kicsi volt. Nem nagyon volt melegvíz ( se este se reggel). A hűtőnek nem volt fagyasztórésze.

Przykro ocenić coś takiego . To hotel robotniczy lat 80 . Czas się tam zatrzymał .Na wejściu smród z gulika . Wersalka w salonie załamana położyć się nie idzie . Wymiana pościeli 5 dni przed odjazdem do domu ,śmiech na sali . Telewizor niewiem komu tylko z nazwy ,że wisi .bardzo mało kontaktów . Kuchenka tylko jeden palnik działał i to ten największy ,że zaraz wszystko kipiało .Brodzik korek do spływu wody zaciśnięty na amen że nieszło się kompać . Wielkie robale po ścianie chodzące . Zero opieki właściciela ,brak zainteresowania z jego strony klientem . Zdjęcia odbiegają od rzeczywistości .Zrobione foto-shop. Parking żaden prywatny to parking KONZUMA sklepu ,publiczny dla wszystkich , po dwuch dniach od przyjazdu auto zostało obite i porysowane -koszt naprawy 2000 tys . Policja ręce umywa ,a właścicielka nie potrafi powiedzieć ,kto w tym czasie opuszczał parking lub nie chce powiedzieć . Twierdzi że nie zna numeru rejestracyjnego bo nie ma kamer .A była to osoba wynajmująca pokój nadmieniam . No nie ma kamer ani latarni ludzie z promenady przychodzą i pomiędzy autami sikają . Balkon grozi zawaleniem . Strach na nim być , balkony nie są oddzielone psy od innych właścicieli latają po balkonie wieczorem i sraja . Brak pościeli cienkie prześcieradełko to przykrycia szmatką . A ta co sprzedaje balony obok pod drzewem bardzo aktywna żeby tylko zaszkodzić . Uważajcie na ten Obiekt . Nocne hałasy,biegania ,kto chce to wchodzi .Brak kontroli nad obiektem . Nigdy więcej . A na koniec puenta na dworze 40 stop , a w dniu wyjazdu trzeba się spakować a tu klima wyłączona . Masz wstać ubrać się i wypier….Taki to Apartmeń.

Lokalizacja z miejscem parkingowym. Dojście do plaży przez ulicę. To jest miejsce typowo. Zostawić rzeczy wyjść na taras iść na plażę. Sporo komentarzy negatywnych jednak naszym zdaniem jeśli komuś nie potrzebne są hotelowe udogodnienia, a zależy mu na lokalizacji i dostępie do morza, to naprawdę nie można narzekać że względu na cene

Piękny widok na morze

Ładny widok na morze. Fajny taras. Klimatyzacja działa. Sklep na dole budynku. Pokój czysty.

Obiekt stary, suszarki na balkonie tylko 2 z czego jedna praktycznie nie do użytku (urwane druty), brak recepcji i kontaktu personalnego z obsługą hotelu. Ciasna łazienka. Budynek przy bardzo ruchliwej drodze, w nocy głośno z barów na plaży.

Uns hat an dieser Unterkunft nichts gefallen!

Es waren immer Partys im Haus! Die Türen/Fenster waren alle undicht/lichtdurchlässig. Eine Türe kam uns sogar entgegen. Man hat alles durch die Fenster gehört. Alle Abflüsse waren verstopft, so dass im UG ein Wasserschaden entstand. Dadurch entstand ein zusätzlicher Lärm von Bauarbeiten. Die Treppen waren kaputt. Die Balkongeländer sind absolut nicht absturzsicher. Im WC war der Deckel kaputt. Das gesamte Haus ist Baufällig. Man hat nie jemanden von den Besitzern gesehen. Die Schlüssel vom Apartment steckten in der Tür & wir wurden nur über eine Nachricht darüber informiert. Beim Abreisetag ist auch niemand gekommen & wir haben wieder die Schlüssel stecken lassen. Es kam auch nie jemand um Handtücher zu wechseln. Der Preis ist eindeutig eine Bodenlose Frechheit. Es sah absolut nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos.
