Malé útulné prostory. Velký balkon, možnost na něm kouřit. Všechno čisté, upravené. Televize se základními programy. Koupelna čistá, upravená. Čistě ručníky.
Při objednávce tohoto ubytování je třeba počítat, že apartmán nemá kuchyň a tudíž je vhodnější pro krátkodobý pobyt. V koupelně není fén. Jedná se o podkrovní apartmán a rozhodně není stavěný pro partu přátel, kteří mají v plánu zažít noční život Lipna.
