Amazing view of the Lake from the balcony of the apartment. The apartment is almost at the end of the road, so no thoroughfare. Cozy bedrooms and dining area. Balcony has enough place to sit 4 people for dinner / breakfast. Clear communication with the manager of the apartment.
There was no washing machine in the apartment we stayed at. Also, the apartment accepts only cash, which we had not expected while booking the apartment (not a major issue for us, as they did accept Euros as well, but it could matter to some people). As everyone mentions, the final stretch of the road to this place is amazingly narrow, so be careful while driving.

The place is wonderful, with the lake and mountains view.
The "playroom" for the children is good. We played table football a lot, otherwise there is no much to do there with the kids.
The place is very quiet and there are no many people. The sleeping rooms are big enough.
All the needed utilities for the kitchen were there. Coffee capsules, salt, some sugar.
I would say this place is more for the families without children. It is for the people who need some rest or want to stay far away from activ life and big cities. There are a lot of nice places nearby (30km) but you need to drive with the car: Locarno, Bellinzona, römer brücker, minigolf.
The cafes or restaurants are also far.
- Grilling place/terrace didn't have a grill and it doesn't have lake view. We stayed in Serenita apartment.
- At the beginning of May was a bit cold at the apartment.
- we had to wait 40 min till the lady finished cleaning.
- the furniture was old (chairs in the leaving room should be changed), garden furniture was dirty.
- the bedding was fresh washed but a bit wet and a bit oldfashioned.
- the towels should be changed. It looks like they washed them 1 million times.
- I didn't have a place for the car parking (only for the first night a parking place was organised). Then the place was occupied by another car although the host knew that we would have to stay 2 more nights. I parked a car just along the street. I didn't understand how it works.
- but in general all corresponds the price. The price was not too high in comparison to other options.

Apartment was spacious for 2 persons. Views of the lake was great.
Bed mattress was very uncomfortable. I was sinking in the middle of it.

It is a rally nice location above the lake. Very quiet and with a nice view and good connection to the tracking trails up and down the mountain. We had no problems with the size of the roads and the parking space was good for our car (Audi Q7). The kitchen is well equiped with everything you need to prepare your own dinner.
We had expected the apartment to be on the ground floor with direct acces to the main garden and windows towards the lake - Instead the apartment was on the hill side of the house and with only a small balcony facing the lake to the north. On the day of the arrival we arrived 2 minutes early but still had to wait 1 hour for someone to turn up with the key - and the hostess did not answer our calls or text messages. The beds are very soft with foam matreses that caused me to have trouble with my back from the first day. The beds are however depending on individual taste so we would not evaluate the apartment on this.

I stayed at this apartment with a switz friend and my 3 year old daughter. The apartment itself was lovely and very spacious with 2 good size bedrooms, (one had a double and single/kids bed (with a nice touch of using kids blankets, which my daughter loved) and the other room had a large double bed) mattresses and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was nice and spacious. The apartment was semi- modern and clean. We didn't really use the kitchen very much but it had good facilities, such as a coffee machine, small TV, and new looking fridge) The views from the terrace were stunning - it has a dining table so we ate breakfast there each morning otherwise ate out. Ample towels were provided. We were met by the hosts family member who showed us around. There is some outdoor space and nice touch of converting the garage into a kids play area. The owner was also kind to say that we can check out later as she had no other people checking in on the day of our departure, however, Unfortunately a storm hit in Torino while we were there and left a day earlier. I was lucky my friend was Switz and warned us of the rate 5 storm, I did feel a message from the host would have been good to also warn us - so if you stay here you should keep note of these things yourself.
The location advertised on booking.com was not the same as were we stayed and was approx. another 3km further up the steep hills in unpleasant windy v narrow roads (my friend is Switz and an experienced driver yet struggled with some turns). The address on the website is that of the owner (mother) on arrival to the address we thought we were staying. We were then given instructions to the actual address. I was not happy about this as we specifically wanted to stay closer to the main area. The road were so windy and challenging with a car - a car is needed as no transport and a very steep walk up/down and due to the narrowness no side walk. The extra 3kim of windy roads meant each time my daughter felt really sick, it kind of put us off going back and forth so once we were out for the day we only returned at the end of the day. Normally we like to go back and rest and head out again for the evening, but the drive was atrocious especially in the dark on return. Perhaps a personal preference as some may not mind this - although I feel the advert should make that clear as I would not have booked. I was also asked to pay cash, which meant withdrawing money over 2 or 3 days, which wasn't very convenient. There aren't any mini-shops or bars, or restaurants close by - it is very residential and would require a 30 min drive back to the main area - so again we had to make sure we had everything we needed before heading back to the apartment.
