Välstädat och fräscht. Väldigt rymlig och bra läge.

It has a very complete kitchen. Everything you need and more. The beds were good, the shower awesome. And the clothing dryer was fab!

Location outside Funäsdalen but Hamrafjället is building more and more accommodations. Iskuben used to be relatively quiet in the summer. Not this year. Kitchen and facilities is supergood, the bathroom as well. Well equipped. There is a shop now at the area itself so no need to drive all the way back to Funäsdalen. Great hiking opportunities in the area.

Booking was a mess, we payed twice without getting the confirmation. At last I could book after 3pm on the day itself from the car but we didn’t know that the key cannot be picked up at the reception desk of the main builing over there like we used to do before. So we need to drive back and forth to Funäsdalen again to find the management. It is 40 km! Bad start. Booking com blaimed the owner in the e-mail and the reception desk blaimed booking.com. Hellooo I am the paying customer! Also, the place was crowded with loud screaming families this year and the area and other buildings including the restaurant were packed with people, like corona does not exist. Also the appartment could have been better cleaned by the owner in this time of infections, because people do not clean enough which they should do. No desinfection measures or handgel available. The doors were full of fatty fingerprints and on the windows you could see many dirty handprints from kids... for us it was to crowded this year, from your window we saw hurdes of people running or biking up hill or letting the dogs out in front of your door... The place is probably expanding too much (contruction works were ongoing) and will look like Funäsdalen in the nearby future, so I think we will not return quickly.
