Charismatic Garden Cottage with Sea View

Our stay at Živana’s place was absolutely wonderful. We received a warm welcome from our host, the accommodation was spotless, and the equipment and amenities exceeded our expectations – there was truly everything we needed for a perfect week-long holiday. The views are breathtaking, but what we appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere of the whole village. At night, you can’t hear a single car, which makes it the perfect place to relax. We were also able to use the outdoor fireplace for grilling, which made our evenings even more enjoyable. Živana was always available by phone if we needed anything and kindly provided us with great tips for trips and places to visit in the area. Simply put, this place is phenomenal 💙 We both agreed that it has found a special place in our hearts, and we would be delighted to return in the future.

We have stayed here for the second year in a row and this is the second time I am writing a review. If you want more details, please read the review below. And so our opinion about living here has not changed! It was even better - noticed the innovations that the owners made, such as new lanterns and a bell ... This place is magical for me .. Our daughter also loves this place and was very happy to return. We really like the beach nearby and the proximity to Brela and Omiš.. Thanks to the hostess for the convenience and quick response in correspondence, for the love of the house (it can be seen), for the convenient check in... I want to come back here again and again! And we are very happy that we finally found our dream house, which meets all our expectations. I would give this house a 100/10!

It was sad to leave! We wanted more days. Unfortunately, all days were booked... As usual, the Internet is weak in the evenings. But on the other hand, you spend less time on your phone and enjoy the view more ;))

This was one of the best vacations we ever had. The house was wonderful with an amazing view. Everything was thought very thoroughly, everything a small family might need was available. We enjoyed the view, the sea and the barbecue to the fullest. The host was very kind and very responsive with just a message or phone call away. Although it isn't very far from town, you still need a car to enjoy your stay.

Definitely not a deal breaker, but the beds weren't so comfortable. There wasn't a double bed, so we had to sleep on 2 single beds which were probably designed for kids. The house was clean in general but we saw some spider webs in several corners. Since the house is surrounded by nature, there were some wasps and mosquitoes.

We are so glad that after a long search, we found that place what we wanted, and it turned out to be better than we thought! We have been to Croatia 3 times and this is the best choice ever! This place is suitable for those who want a quiet, away from all tourists place. Usually all apartments in Croatia are on top of each other, and here there is solitude around, you go out onto the terrace, at the bottom there is an olive grove and wildlife and a beautiful view of the sea and the island. But here are also neighbours . And at night it is so magical! bright stars and the moon and also the favorite cicadas all around and night crickets. We loved the little things like the lanterns on the terrace and outside! They gave such coziness! Also garden with a beautiful pine tree, when the wind blew, it rustled so beautifully, we really enjoyed it. And make bbq and sit under a pine tree at a cute little wooden table! Generally very atmospheric! All the little things were to our liking! Our child never got bored here, she liked to play in the garden and sit on the steps, chat with cats. There was a pool and toys. Inside, too, everything is cute and cozy, clean and has everything you need! This is rare! We loved to feed the cats that came to visit us. Parking lot was very good and was the best beach with clearest water in 5 min by car!Also nice to walk from here to old town up to hill! The hosts also provided us with sweet gifts and the drinks were really nice! And hosts were very friendly and helpful. Sorry for so many words, I just fell in love with this place (Tatjana writes), I really hope that you will still rent it out and we will enjoy this place again. Thank you!
