Location was right in Bantry which was great. However Bantry's one way system and Google maps don't align so we went round in circles - no fault of the hosts. Therese was very welcoming and allowed us to get takeaway to eat in dining room/guest sitting room as we arrived late. Breakfast was great and their homemade brown bread delicious.
Excellent overall. Small quibble I thought room & en suite were a little cramped.

breakfast was amazing and host was very friendly and nice to get a cuppa upon arrival
bed too soft and room was very small. external bathroom needs updating
