Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung . Alles wie neu und komplett eingerichtet vom Handtuch bis Küchenutensilien mit IKEA Möbeln/Artikeln eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Gastgeber hatten wir einen freundlichen Schriftverkehr. Die freundliche Schwester des Gastgebers kümnmert sich vorort und hat uns auch das Waschen von Kleidung angeboten. Sie war sehr freundlich. Der kleine Balkon und die Terrasse bieten einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Das befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse
Leider ist teils die traumhafte Aussicht von der Terrasse aus immer wieder durch parkende Autos (es werden insgesamt 5 Wohnungen vermietet und dort lebt auch die Familie der Schwester des Gastgebers) eingeschränkt. Es wäre genug Platz um wo anders zu parken. Beim ersten Bitten, ob man die Autos wo anders parken könnte ist auf unseren Wunsch eingegangen worden. Beim zweiten Mal haben wir dies beim Neffen (erwachsener Mann) des Gastgebers gemacht und haben eine sehr unfreundliche Antwort erhalten. Enttäuschend.

Panorama bellissimo su Santa Maria di Castellabate, tranquillità notturna, aria condizionata, di recente ristrutturazione.
Il soffitto è parecchio basso. Se si è alti più di 1,80, metà del tempo si passa piegati in avanti. La posizione è buona se si vuole andare a Castellabate; per il mare è decisamente più lontano.
