Taroko Sialin Coffee Farm Homestay

We zijn erg hartelijk ontvangen door de familie en 's avonds heeft Boya ons meegenomen in de prachtige verhalen over de lokale cultuur en hebben we met Lisa een mooie armband gemaakt. De accommodatie ligt erg mooi en rustig en is omringd door allerlei soorten groente- en fruitbomen en struiken en koffiebomen. Het ontbijt zag er fantastisch uit en smaakte heerlijk. De kamer was ruim en comfortabel. Echt een plek waar we terug zouden keren. Let wel op dat, als je met de auto komt, de meeste navigatiesystemen de locatie niet goed weergeven. Gelukkig hielpen Boya en Lisa ons verder goed op weg.

The hosts are delightful - they and the setting are the major draw. Boya happily picks you up and returns you to station and drives you to where you need to be. The actual gorge remains largely inaccessible if you don’t have a car, but I did an amazing 7 hour hike from the visitors’ centre. Just stunning. My whole visit was such a gift

Nuestra estancia ha sido excepcional. Nos han tratado de manera excepcional. Tanto Lisa como su marido y su hijo han sido súper amables y han hecho que nuestra visita a Taroko sea inolvidable. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Por otro lado, la habitación está muy bien, con dos camas muy amplias y un baño con ducha. La casa se encuentra en un entorno agradable.
