Lovely spa. Kind staff. Quiet and serene.
The property is under construction, not a big problem but is a bit of a distraction from the relaxed concept. The room and facilities are clean but basic.

It is an hotel with great potential: good swimminpools, nice spa, some buildings are nice, surrounded by nature
The restaurant and food is clearly the weak point of this hotel. If you understand 5 stars as a luxury hotel, this is not the case. Rooms are simple, restaurant has a clear imbalance of quality/value, the service is not a 5* (eg. no staff in the swimming pool, no drinks, the sun-beds are low quality), and the building of “normal rooms” (not the ones in front of the swimming pool) feel like a low quality hotel.
