This is a brilliant place. Really clean and cosy. The view is magnificent. The apartment was clean. We really liked the big terrace. The staff is really pleasant and helpful. The sound of crickets is meditative.

Чудове місце з достатньою внутрішньою інфраструктурою та зручностями для спокійного самодостатнього та комфортного відпочинку серед природи. Мальовничи види на море і затоку і безпосередня близкість до двох затишних "домашніх пляжів".

Ein echtes Paradies auf Korčula !! Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Korčula und schon die Insel selbst hat uns begeistert – aber diese Ferienwohnung war wirklich die Krönung unseres Urlaubs! Die Wohnung ist ein echtes Paradies, wenn man Ruhe, Erholung und einfach eine wunderbare Auszeit sucht. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Der Pool, der Jacuzzi und die Sauna waren sauber und gepflegt. Und dann dieser Blick aufs Meer – einfach atemberaubend! Auch das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei, was man im Urlaub ja durchaus zu schätzen weiß. Für uns war diese Unterkunft eine wahre Oase des Friedens und des Glücks. Dazu kommen Gastgeber, wie man sie sich besser nicht wünschen kann: jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Auch unser Hund durfte sich rundum wohlfühlen und war herzlich willkommen – für uns ein ganz wichtiger Pluspunkt. Und jetzt kommt tatsächlich der einzige kleine „Mangel“ der gesamten Ferienwohnung: Es gab keine Schere ;-) Aber ganz ehrlich: Hätten wir keine eigene dabei gehabt, wären wir überzeugt, dass die Gastgeber uns sogar mitten in der Nacht noch eine vorbeigebracht hätten! Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese wunderschöne Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die auf Korčula nicht nur Urlaub machen, sondern wirklich ankommen und abschalten möchten!

2 bedrooms, a terrace, a pool, garden, a quite locality

A horrible price/ value ratio. I paid 3000 Eur for 8 night, in February, without possibility to cancel. For 375 Eur per night I expected nice locality, with 50 m to the nearest see shore, 2 bedrooms, spacy terrace, dishwasher, washing machine, …. The equipment of the Appartment (2) is really long. The reality was different. Accesability: there are in total 3 roads how to get there. Only one of them is fully asphalted. The shortest one is only for off roads( I was really scared with 4x4 Škoda that I damaged tyres or bottom of car). No advice offered. The best road is via Potirna village and it is a narrow, 1 car only for majority of 8 km). Beach: the villa is on the top of hill. The sea is about 50 height meters down. The first beach, from the pictures, is filthy, full of sea grass, residuals of fires, debris. This beach is some 300 m of walk. Better beach is another short steep hill and about 80 m of path of rocks, mud, bushes. It is narrow and walking through there with paddleboard is not nice. Equipment from the description: dishwasher- a shared one in a tiny room under the staircase to apt. 4, not usable. Washing machine- a shared one, standing by the dishwasher. Hanger- not a single space for hanging swimming suit or towel. I did recruited the shared one from the washing machine. Bathroom: no window to open, no cover to walk in shower, i.e. Water on the floor after each shower. Not a single hook to put on clothes or towel. Kitchen - all the equipment in the corner cupboard, very deep one-Each time on my knees to find anything. Living room , a small space in between two glass walls in the entrance. Bottom bedrooms, walk in room to get to the second bedroom. AC unit of the bottom bedroom - old, noisy, no real regulation. I woke up every night freezing with 24 degrees set up. Safety - polished stone in the kitchen looks nice, but with a single drog of water it is extremely slippery. The stairs to the second bedroom- narrow, not evenly spaced, scratching heels.
