Villa Stone House Poplat

Great call location right above the sea. Beach is just few hundred meters away. Great and spacy Appartment with good AC and large terrace. We did enjoy the pool and sports amenities.

A bit further away from the city and main attractions , but we did not mind.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Poplat sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen. Die Apartments sind großzügig, sehr sauber und der wunderschöne Garten hat uns besonders begeistert. Es gibt viele gemütliche Plätze zum Entspannen, um die Ruhe und die Natur zu genießen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft – besonders die Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge werden uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Das Meer ist nur zwei bis drei Gehminuten entfernt. Die kleine Bucht war meist sehr ruhig und perfekt für alle, die Erholung ohne Trubel suchen. Vela Luka ist mit dem Auto in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar, dort findet man auch einen großen Tommy-Supermarkt für alles, was man braucht. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Gastgeberin für ihre Gastfreundschaft und dafür, dass wir einen so wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen durften. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist für Pärchen die Ruhe suchen ideal. Sehr schöner Gartenbereich der mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt wurde. Unser Zimmer ist für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend und das Inhaber Pärchen ist sehr nett.

Auf Grund der vielen Ebenen war es für uns mit einem Kleinkind und Baby eher ungeeignet. In der näheren Umgebung ist fussläufig leider nichts erreichbar. Zu wenig Privatsphäre da andere Urlauber ebenfalls auf der Anlage sind. Ebenfalls ist die Qm Angabe der Wohneinheit mit Außenbereich angegeben. Somit war das Zimmer statt den erwarteten 115 qm. Nur ca. 30 qm groß

2 bedrooms, a terrace, a pool, garden, a quite locality

A horrible price/ value ratio. I paid 3000 Eur for 8 night, in February, without possibility to cancel. For 375 Eur per night I expected nice locality, with 50 m to the nearest see shore, 2 bedrooms, spacy terrace, dishwasher, washing machine, …. The equipment of the Appartment (2) is really long. The reality was different. Accesability: there are in total 3 roads how to get there. Only one of them is fully asphalted. The shortest one is only for off roads( I was really scared with 4x4 Škoda that I damaged tyres or bottom of car). No advice offered. The best road is via Potirna village and it is a narrow, 1 car only for majority of 8 km). Beach: the villa is on the top of hill. The sea is about 50 height meters down. The first beach, from the pictures, is filthy, full of sea grass, residuals of fires, debris. This beach is some 300 m of walk. Better beach is another short steep hill and about 80 m of path of rocks, mud, bushes. It is narrow and walking through there with paddleboard is not nice. Equipment from the description: dishwasher- a shared one in a tiny room under the staircase to apt. 4, not usable. Washing machine- a shared one, standing by the dishwasher. Hanger- not a single space for hanging swimming suit or towel. I did recruited the shared one from the washing machine. Bathroom: no window to open, no cover to walk in shower, i.e. Water on the floor after each shower. Not a single hook to put on clothes or towel. Kitchen - all the equipment in the corner cupboard, very deep one-Each time on my knees to find anything. Living room , a small space in between two glass walls in the entrance. Bottom bedrooms, walk in room to get to the second bedroom. AC unit of the bottom bedroom - old, noisy, no real regulation. I woke up every night freezing with 24 degrees set up. Safety - polished stone in the kitchen looks nice, but with a single drog of water it is extremely slippery. The stairs to the second bedroom- narrow, not evenly spaced, scratching heels.
