Het hotel ligt op een fantastische locatie in het stijlvolle Trancoso. Al met al hebben we hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De kamers werden iedere dag netjes opgemaakt en voorzien van schone handdoeken. Ook de ruime, fijne badkamer was een groot pluspunt. Het absolute hoogtepunt was wat ons betreft het ontbijt: echt ongeëvenaard! Daarnaast is het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en is het contact via WhatsApp snel en makkelijk.
Het is redelijk duur voor de kamer die je krijgt. Deze is wat minder ruimtelijk dan wij hadden verwacht. Daarnaast is het best gehorig als je pech hebt met de buren. Wij konden hiervan hun gesprekken meeluisteren en horen wat ze op de tv aan het kijken waren. Hier moet wel duidelijk bij genoemd worden dat hier heel adequat door het personeel naar werd gehandeld. Al met al hebben we gewoon een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Excellent location right on the Quadrado.
Although quite simple, the place is wonderful and very well kept. Breakfast is a story in itself: plenty of variety and a very attentive staff, with special kudos to the owner, Ariana, whose kindness and cheerful presence brighten your morning.
Getting the shower temperature just right may require a bit of maneuvering!!!

Os funcionários são todos muito amáveis e competentes. O café da manhã é incrível! Em um lugar lindo.
O quarto precisa de alguns reparos, nada que não possa ser resolvido e não estragou a viagem. Tem vazamento de água na privada e no chuveiro.
