Located in Parklinks at Superstition Springs. A quiet, safe gated community of eighty-five one-story homes. Great location – close to shopping, freeway access, adjacent to the prestigious Superstition Springs Golf Course. Mesa-Gateway airport is only 20 minutes away. Phoenix Int'l is a 30 min. drive.
Master bedroom has a king-sized Serta bed, 42-in TV, large walk-in closet, double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen Serta bed, large closet, built-in desk, bathroom is accessible directly from bedroom. Both furnished with linens, extra pillows, and blankets.
The kitchen has a dish washer, flat-top oven, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator with built in ice maker, equipped with everything needed in the kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, etc.). Breakfast nook/bar and dining room provide a variety of seating arrangements for casual and formal meals.
Living room has a leather recliner, love seat, sofa, and 46-inch smart TV. Internet and cable are included.
Laundry room has a washer and a dryer with extra storage space.
Private patio with propane BBQ grill and dining table for six.

We spent 2 months here from March to May.
The unit had everything you'd need for a lengthy stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size, with plenty of linens.
The pool was clean, warm with salt water, very nice and the people we met there friendly.
Rich was very easy to communicate with and Grace, his mom, a treasure.
We would recommend this place.
