Lovely host, great studio, 10/10 stay.

I’m in IT and recently started living the digital nomad life, travelling while I work. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I had to. I was in Croatia and due to some booking mistake, I arrived late at night and my apartment had already been given to someone else. Total panic to be honest... But then the neighbour, who turned out to be the owner of another place, kindly stepped in and offered me her “Studio”. Honestly, the place was perfect for me...spotless, well-located, and peaceful. She really helped me out! She even offered some food, and I have to admit I really liked it. :)

The stress before finding this place wasn’t fun, but I have zero complaints about the stay itself.

Perfect beach apartment

The owner, Niko, was very friendly and went out of his way to help us at every opportunity (including offering drinks). The apartment was the perfect size for 2 people, probably more, with a beautiful view. There was a selection of beaches nearby and only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Everything exceeded expectations especially for the price.

Perfect and beautiful

Fantastic location, wonderful city, very welcoming owner. We made a very last minute booking as we were with Motorbike. Our plan was to remain only for 1 night but we enjoyed so much our stay that we extended. Very recommended! We will return for sure. :) Eva & Balazs

The Host's were extremely friendly! We would definitely stay here again :)

Easy and uncomplicated check-in, even though we did it spontaneous and late in the evening! We had our apartment on the second floor, which had a great view of part of the island and the surrounding coasts. The House lies on the "quiet" side of the island, which gave it a relaxed neighbourhood-vibe. The Host's were very kind, friendly and accommodating and tended to our every needs. On our last day we were allowed to leave our car in the parking place to take the time to wander around the island. They even let us take some of their huge walnuts from their garden with us, which were delicious! All in all: We had a great time! :)

Nice in Rogoznica

Best place to stay in Rogoznica

We really enjoyed our stay at Apartments Petrovic. We had the sea view apartment which really does have a wonderful sea view, not only from the balcony but even from the bathroom :) The apartment itself is good sized, well equipped and clean. It actually looks much nicer than on the pictures. We like to prepare our own meals so the kitchen with a very good stove/oven and a big fridge was a big plus. The hosts were also helpful and welcoming. They let us check in earlier and check out later which was highly appreciated. The location could not be more perfect. Just a few steps from the beaches (yes, more than one) in an extremely quiet area, still only a 10 minutes walk to the main drag with the all the restaurants. Btw a new restaurant just opened on the closest beach which is very nice. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights, but we liked it so much that the stayed for 8. If we have the possibility to return to this area, this apartment will be our first choice.

The Apartment is hard to find if you follow Google maps that sends you on non-existing roads. Some instructions on this would have been welcome, especially after we learned from the hosts that many people have the same issue. Although the apartment is pretty well equipped, we missed a few basic things, like a garbage bag or, as they do not offer cleaning, at least a broom and a dustpan would be nice to have in each apartment so we can do some cleaning ourselves.

Tolle Lage + super Gastgeber 👍

Wir hatten 3 tolle Tage in Rogoznica! Franjo der Sohn der Gastgeber hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und alles perfekt gemanagt! Wir durften sogar mit seinem Motor-Schlauchboot auf dem Rückweg vom Einkaufen mitfahren (1x um die Insel)! Das war sehr witzig 😄 Unser Aufenthalt war super schön - Rogoznica ist die optimale Mischung aus Ruhe am Meer und auf der anderen Seite Strandpromenade mit schönen Cafés und Restaurants! Viele Grüße an Franjo, und auch nochmals vielen, vielen Dank für die Autowerkstatt-Empfehlung, wo uns schnell weitergeholfen wurde! Bernd u. Sabine

Kein Ort zum wohlfühlen…

… in der Nähe eines kleinen Kies Strand ..Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war gut

Der Wohn und Küchenbereich richtig abgewohnt. In die Duschkabine möchte man nicht wirklich rein.. Korrosionen, Schimmel Flecken… Die Bewohner des Nachbar Apartments mussten an unserem Freisitz vorbei gehen….

Leuke plek zeer dicht aan strand

Aardige ontvangst en lopend in badkleding de weg oversteken en je bent op een fijn strand. Lekkere snaps, leuk eiland!

1 Bank er uit en de woonkamer is veel groter. Op balkon kleinere tafel geeft ook meer ruimte.
