Есть полноценная кухня, стиральная машина, утюг - все в работающем состоянии. Удобное расположение прямо на набережной, приятный вид на прибой. В пределах 10-15 минут ходьбы есть продуктовые магазины и ресторанчики. Очень необычно и очень приятно, что в квартире была отличная звукоизоляция (или вокруг не было соседей) - было очень тихо! Хозяин помог нам без проблем заселиться в квартиру посреди ночи и был на связи, когда у нас возникали какие-то вопросы.
