Cosy place to stay of the beaten track

The property is well maintained , the host was excellent. I'm disabled and Isabela negotiated with her neighbours to move there vehicle then with another that I could park my car in front of there garage. Very kind and friendly of everyone. The local street market next day was great value for money, definatly not tourist prices. eg 2 coffee hot chocolate 3.25€

Booking.com said the location was 0 miles from Ardales. After booking it was miles away in the mountains on very narrow roads with extream bends. ( a moto bikes dream) but my passengers were nervous of the steep mountain drop offs The property is located in the centre of the village the roads are typically narrow. Parking is not close by.

Comfortable and we'll appointed.

Everything included for a stay for long term if required. Washing machine, TV, internet etc. Very clean and comfortable but the 2nd bedroom in number 26 is very small.

The way to access the key you have to speak to someone who doesn't speak any English. Why not just send the code to the key box in the welcome mail? This would be much simple. There is no need to talk to anyone. No parking.

Decepcionante

El estado del apartamento, recién reformado y la limpieza.

La ubicación aunque muy bonita en el casco urbano pero de muy difícil acceso, tuvimos muchos problemas para llegar teniendo en cuenta que una de las calles estaba cortada en obras, cosa que el propietario no me informo, otra cosa es que teniendo en cuenta que éramos 5 y que tenían conocimiento de que llegábamos tarde, el sofá cama no estaba ni montado ni siquiera dejaron sabanas a las mano cosa que no era de recibo llegando a las 3:30 de la mañana, y por ultimo y esto ya es algo que hubiera valorado es que no dejaron absolutamente nada ni de equipamiento ni de desayuno… solo un rollo de papel dos toallas y ya.

Casas Las 3 Conchas 1 y 2 con filtraciones

Lo único a resaltar fue la ubicación en el centro del pueblo.

En la primera casa (Las 3 Conchas 1), la que teníamos reservada, tuvimos goteras entre la cocina y el baño (foto suelo rojo) no eran nuevas porque la madera del marco de la puerta que accede al baño estaba abombada. Nos ofrecieron pasar la noche allí y trasladarnos a una segunda casa al día siguiente (Las 3 conchas 2), así lo hicimos. Al día siguiente cambiamos de casa, hicimos la noche del día 2 sin incidentes, pero cuando amanecimos el 4, comprobamos que también había goteras. Filtraciones en este caso incluso más graves porque el agua llovía literalmente desde el techo de la cocina, chorreando sobre electrodomésticos enchufados, como el frigorífico, microondas, la cafetera y la lavadora. Se formó un enorme charco en toda la planta baja, llegando a la escalera con el consiguiente riesgo eléctrico y de caídas, como le pasó a nuestro hijo más pequeño de 4 años, que fue el primero en bajar. En las fotos no se aprecia la magnitud y la cantidad de agua que iba cayendo. Estando todavía allí informamos y el propietario no se preocupó ni en llamarnos. Tampoco le cogió el teléfono a Booking esta segunda ocasión, ante nuestra reclamación para una compensación económica. (En la primera casa sí que pudimos gestionar el problema con él, ya que las opciones eran o devolvernos el dinero o trasladarnos a otra propiedad). Queremos agradecer la disponibilidad de Isabel y poner en valor la localidad de Yunquera.

Perfecto para una escapada de fin de semana

La ubicación de la casa es perfecta para conocer el pueblo, acogedora y más que suficiente para pasar un buen fin de semana.

Por poner un pero el sofá no es que sea el más cómodo pero como tampoco estuvimos mucho tiempo en casa es más que suficiente

Caro para lo que es

El entorno es muy bonito, el parque natural de la sierra de las Nieves y las rutas que se pueden hacer

El precio que tiene es bastante para lo que ofrece. Las fotos no se correspondían con el estado de la casa pues parecía más grande y nueva. Faltaba limpieza (al retirar las camas había polvo acumulado etc), los utensilios eran viejos y algunos estaban rotos como el abrebotellas, la cisterna del baño no tenía suficiente presión, el sofá viejo e incómodo. En definitiva, el precio era bastante alto para lo que se ofrece.

Yunquera en la feria de la Castaña y el Vino

Ubicación muy buena, aunque la calle de acceso y salida bastante estrecha. Mejor aparcar en las afueras y ir andando a todas partes, el pueblo es pequeño y no es necesario coger el coche para ir/venir a los puntos de interés. Las dos habitaciones de arriba cuentan con cama de matrimonio, lo cual nos facilitó la estancia.

La vivienda tenía pocas zonas comunes. El salón es bastante pequeño y se convierte en uno de los dormitorios al usar el sofá cama. Fuimos 6 adultos y un bebé y nos faltó espacio.
