Staying in an authentic castle was an incredible experience. The property is full of character, and the scale of both the building and the rooms made it feel truly special. We were a group of six (four adults and two children) and booked two rooms. One comfortably accommodated two adults and two children, while the other was perfect for the remaining two adults. Both rooms were exceptionally spacious and each had a huge private terrace, which was a wonderful bonus. The children loved the swimming pool in the garden, and we appreciated how convenient everything was. Parking on the street was easy, and the staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with parking, check-in, room access, local recommendations, and anything else we needed. The entire arrival and departure process was effortless. Considering the grandeur of the property, we found the price to be excellent value. The location is also very convenient, with Otranto just an easy 8–10 minute drive away, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable place to stay.

One thing to be aware of is that one of our two rooms, which was located on the street side, was quite noisy due to traffic. Fortunately, our other room upstairs was much quieter, so we didn't experience the same issue there. That said, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. In hindsight, I believe that if we had mentioned the noise and asked to change rooms, they would have happily accommodated our request. Their hospitality was outstanding, so I would recommend simply speaking to them if you're sensitive to noise.

An amazing experience like you will rarely have in your life. You will have the impression to do a step back into another century, a truly magical experience. Very nice and friendly hosts, the breakfast was excellent. The castle is beautiful and magical. Can only recommend for a truly wonderful time here.
