Sarah, the lady at check in was very helpful, professional, and friendly. Wifi connection was good, and the breakfast was good as well as good evening dinner options available in the restaurant. The perfect practical place to stay if you have an overnight layover in dar es salaam before a flight.
No hot water in the shower, pressure was also low. Communication for the shuttle was not good and we had to take another taxi from the airport instead. On arrival, Sarah told us it was the WhatsApp number of the manager so it might be an idea to have one WhatsApp communication shared with all staff on duty to avoid people being left at the airport terminal waiting for a pick up

Very good location to and from airport. Didn’t have the food, so do not know, but did deliver something came in an hour.
Would pay a bit less next time for what we got.
