At all, good apartments. Good owners. Good price.

Friendly owners, apartments are near the beach, there are a lot of shops near here. Kitchen with all necessary things, conditioner, kettle, fridge are in our room. Terrace is nice. There is umbrella at the balcony.

If you are no-smoking person, it’s not comfortable. Guests smoke at the balconies. We sleep , closing windows, with conditioner. You also must take with you such things as shampoo, gel, tea, coffee, sugar its. - it is not a hotel.

Apartments with a great location and reasonable price

The location is a really good - 7 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to bus station and grocery shops. There are everything what you need in the room: small kitchen, bathroom, balcony or terrance. The host is very friendly and always ready to help, including transfer to airport

Wifi was weak in our room and also one of the beds was old and sagged a lot

Amazing friendly host, upgraded us to the studio with kitchen for the same price, for no reason at all, just had free bigger room. He was always available on the viber messages. Garden is gorgeous, really adds to the experience, balconies are surrounded by greenery, truly beautiful.

On the site it seems like it's closer to the beach, still not very far tho.

Nice and helpful staff, the air conditioning hasn't worked properly and the problem was sorted in a couple of hours. It was ok price>quality but some things can be improved.

The photos of our room were not shown on booking so we had a little surprise when we arrived. The view from the balcony was at another flat 3 metres close.

OK, but not what promised

We liked that place was clean upon arrival and air-conditioning worked. The sheets and towels were changed in the middle of our one week stay. The flat did include a washing machine and dishwasher (no at least one-portion consumables though :) Building is new and nice.

The view was total disaster - construction in progress! We were promised beautiful garden view, but it appeared that apartment was in another building a couple of blocks away from real Becici Apartments (that are on the pictures in the garden). This was really disappointing especially because we made a booking in April for August! The owner could have told this, but of'course he did not want to lose money :) Also, we were asked to pay in cash, which was kind of uncomfortable. The owner did not even say sorry for this view, it was really my worst case of booking in a while. Having checked all pictures and reviews and getting something totally different view-wise was not nice at all. I understand, that construction has to happen and the view, perhaps, will be OK next year, BUT it's not what is promised in the listing. It's completely dishonest from owner's side to rent out different building under old listing with good reviews :) I hope my review will save some disappointment for future renters. Also, perhaps, the owner can consider to at least give a notice and discount for the stay in such conditions view-wise :) P.S. The interior of the flat is brand new, yet cheapest possible, so after one year or less it already looks worn off. Also, the shower in one of the bathrooms was clogged after just a few days of use.

Area for improvement - it would be nice if there were the air-conditioners in both bedrooms: the one at the sitting-room is great, but during hot summer nights you have to open the windows at the bedrooms (sometimes there are strong winds blowing through, it’s better to use a conditioner instead).

Ako nema drugog izbora, može da prodaje...

Do plaže ima 6-7 minuta hoda, blizu su tri marketa i pekara. Lepa je okolina. Parking je siguran.

Vrata na apartmanu su se teško zaključavala. Zelenila ima previše čitava prašuma u dvorištu i objekti su blizu jedan drugog pa u apartmanu i na terasi nema daška vazduha. Klima ne sme da ostane upaljena kada se izlazi iz apartmana i nameštena je na 22.stepena a sa daljinskog su pvedjeni dugmići tako da nema mogućnosti podešavanja temperarure. Spoljna jesenica je na terasi tako da kad radi klima nije moguće sedeti na istoj.
