The Space:

This property is located just minutes from the lovely O'Donohues beach, is this very comfortable and modern home, so close that you can hear the waves crashing. You will feel so comfortable in this property it will soon become your home away from home and you'll never want to leave. Upon entering the spacious living room you will notice the dual sliding doors that open out on to the balcony, and soon realise this will be the perfect spot to sit and read the paper and have breakfast in the morning, or utilise the north facing deck in the afternoon. A great place to retreat to with family and friends for a barbeque and a wine at the end of a summers day at the beach. If the evening turns chilly you can head inside and snuggle up in front of the slow combustion wood fire with a hot chocolate and a movie. The kitchen/dining area is light and bright and has all the appliances you need including coffee machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a TV, built in robes and an ensuite with shower and toilet, and a ceiling fan for the summer. Downstairs you will find two further bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with a King single, a single bed, and a single fold out ottoman. The family bathroom downstairs has a bath, toilet and a shower. This is the perfect spot to set the kids up as there is a play room with table tennis table, Xbox, and Wii with plenty of games for them to try. This is a fantastic home for you to enjoy your coastal getaway in and to take in all that Anglesea and the Surf Coast has to offer. You wont be disappointed.

**All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.

**Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.

Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.



Guest Access:

On the day of your arrival you will receive an email providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this email at approximately 9am. In order for this email to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
