Lift was new and considerably clean
Room size was ok, just nice. Have space for luggages and walk around.
Pillow heightvwas good.
Need hooks in shower room.
Toilet sink has abit of spider web when I went in.
Floor- need to wear slipper.

Receptionist was efficient / polite.
Location.
No jug kettle, had to ask, was given broken one. House keeping staff does not know how to speak politely, call people "eh, wait, wait, wait"

-nice location
- Arrived late that day reception was able to accomodate and check us in. Let guest know that printed booking will make process move smoother.
