Villa Remedios

Absolutely beautiful Villa in a lovely location. Perfect base to explore with a car. The villa is quiet and spacious. Plenty of space around the detached property to enjoy. It has everything to make a home from home.

It grieves me to give a rating of 8. It so easily could be a 10 if the showers were replaced and the mattresses on the double beds. Bath in one bathroom with handheld shower, one unusable shower, and one that has seen better days. Minimal costs could rectify and make it just perfect. The three double beds were so hard they were very uncomfortable. I am so sorry to write this as everything else was perfect, as were the hosts.

This very large traditional Spanish villa up in the hills is in a quiet position. It has lots of different seating areas both in and out and a huge roof terrace. The kitchen was well equipped and the main bedrooms downstairs have their own bathroom. Nina responded quickly to messages and was helpful.

Die Lage ist perfekt - man kann sowohl den Norden als auch den Süden der Insel von dort aus bequem erkunden und - sofern gewünscht - Strände ansteuern (Achtung: unbedingt Tidenhub beachten !). Im benachbarten Teguise findet man alles, was man zum Einkaufen oder Ausgehen braucht. Ein Fahrzeug ist allerdings unerlässlich. Das Haus ist super sauber und gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man kann dort sogar in einer größeren Gruppe richtig schön feiern (Weinkeller im Vulkanfelsen, riesiger Grill(raum etc.). Gleichzeitig kann man sich bei Bedarf auch zurückziehen, so weitläufig sind Haus und Anwesen. Für größere Familien/Gruppen super geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist deutlich weit über dem Durchschnitt und hat bei uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wieder buchen und bedanken uns sehr herzlich für die erwiesene Gastfreundschaft !

Abbiamo prenotato al mattino per il pomeriggio e la sorpresa e' stata grande! Nel cuore della zona a nord di Teguise, ogni meta dell'isola e' facilmente accessibile. Con un giardino curato da fare invidia a Manrique gli spazi esterni e il parcheggio sono molto grandi e ordinati. All'interno il pueblo e' su due piani, ogni camera ha la propria intimità e ognuna un enorme bagno di pertinenza (con il bidet!!) Cucina grande, pulita, attrezzatissima (abbiamo trovato perfino la moka per il caffe') e con possibilità di accesso al patio dove pranzare. Lavanderia con lavatrice e detersivo. Non manca nulla Check-in e check-out in autonomia A pochi passi un teleclub con cucina top!
