Lovely restored historic house, great quiet location. Good support and communication from owners.
There is nowhere to hang or store clothes. The mezzanine room was lovely but extremely steep ladder to it with no safety rail. Would need to be young and fit to use this room.
Only one movable chair in the outside space, all other seating fixed.

It was lovely to stay in a building of historical interest - Casa dos Cantoneiros has been lovingly restored by Miguel and Dulce. We appreciated the welcome gift on arrival - cheese, meats and bottle of red wine. Good location for accessing sections of the Fishermen's Trail - we love the coastal walking in Portugal! The property is very well equipped. We enjoyed the quiet location and the different options for relaxation in the garden area - we could always get sun or shade. Good shower, with plentiful supply of hot water. Good communication with Miguel, via WhatsApp, prior to arrival and on departure. We hope to return to Casa dos Cantoneiros in the future.

Everything perfect. Many amazing beaches within 20 min drive. The house is very well equipped, quiet, the garden is beautiful and perfect for small kids. Barbeque, big table for outdoor dinners, information about the area and beaches, shops etc... The beds are very comfortable, the bunk bed for the kids not as much as the others but still ok. Miguel was a great host, very nice, always easy to reach and helpful.
We liked everything. Just a little suggestion: A clothes horse would have been nice as there is only a clothesline in the shadow where the wet clothes didn't dry well.
