Liczy się pierwsze wrażenie a to była tragedia.
Czystość, wyposażenie, lokalizacja.
Po wejściu do apartamentu temperatura wewnątrz zgodnie ze wskazaniem czujnika wynosiła 10 stopni. Ogrzewanie było całkowicie wyłączone. To chyba skandal że mieszkanie nie było przygotowane na przyjazd gości. Uruchomiłem ogrzewanie licząc na to że szybko się nagrzeje. Ale po 4 godzinach było zaledwie 13 stopni. Po 20 zgłosiłem problem mailowo do recepcji (telefon był niedostępny). Nastepnego dnia o 6.00 temperatatura wzrosła do 16 stopni. Noc spędziliśmy w ubraniach, pod kocami. Dopiero rano udało mi sie dodzwonić do recepcji. Zaproponowano mi sprawdzenie problemu i dostarczenie dodatkowego urzadzenia do ogrzewania. Pojawili sie przedstawiciele firmy, sprawdzono grzejnik, wszystko okazało się sprawne. Przyniesiono mi termowentylator który zaczął dogrzewać pomieszczenie ale straszliwie hałasował. Dopiero po 24 godzinach temeratura wzrosła do 21 stopni. Więc ta systuacja negatywnie wpływa na ogólna ocenę mimo zalet o których napisałem powyżej. Na pewno nie skorzystam z tych apartamentów w kolejnych okresach jezienno-zimowych.

Eigentlich sehr schön bis auf Kleinigkeiten .Der Aufenthalt von einem Hund kostet relativ viel 50 zloty pro Tag.

Tisch ist total schief und wackelig.
Am Balkon stehen alte Möbel die in den Müll gehören da Verletzungsgefahr.
Im Bett waren schwarze lange Haare 😒

Apartament w sam raz
Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą obiektu. Co prawda recepcja dość daleko od apartamentu, ale za to obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Otrzymałem wszystkie potrzebne informacje. Apartament w miarę przyzwoicie wyposażony (kapsułki do ekspresu można dostać w recepcji. Niczego mi nie brakowało. Poza tym duży balkon. Dużym udogodnieniem jest możliwość pobytu ze zwierzątkiem i miejsce parkingowe przed budynkiem. Polecam :)

Przestronny apartament, idealny dla rodziny 2+2, na duży plus wyposażenie w postaci pralki (oczywiście trzeba mieć swoje środki) i grzejnika elektrycznego w łazience.
Dobrze mieć też ze sobą kapsułki do ekspresu, choć można też zakupić na recepcji.
Fajny duży balkon, blisko morza, cicho i spokojnie.
Mili sąsiedzi :)
Miękkie łóżka (ale to kwestia indywidualna).
Na balkonie fotel/kosz z zardzewiałym stelażem, który ani dobrze nie wygląda, ani nie jest bezpieczny przy małych dzieciach, bo farba z rdzą po prostu się kruszy i sypie.

Nasz apartament był od strony jeziora, bardzo spokojnie i cicha okolica, duży balkon, na którym bez problemu zmieściły się cztery osoby. Apartament przestronny, czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony, było wszystko co potrzebowaliśmy, wygodne łóżka oraz duża łazienka.. Z przyjemnością wrócimy.

Kein Schnäppchen, aber eine schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Unterkunft haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden, die Ausstattung war für zwei Personen ausreichend und die Wohnung grundlegend sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann alles in Mielno fußläufig erreichen, den Bodden sieht man vom Balkon aus, das Meer ist ca. 500 m oder 5 Minuten zum Laufen entfernt. Mini-Waschmaschine (2 kg), Flügeltrockner, Staubsauger usw. vorhanden. Die Wohnungen sind mit Kapselmaschinen ausgestattet, passende Kapseln kann man für relativ viel Geld an der Rezeption des Dune-Hotels erwerben. Wir hatten Pech und eine Tchibo- Maschine, diese gab es leider nicht im örtlichen Handeln. Einige Wohnungen haben Dolce bzw. Nespresso, hier gab es die passenden Kapseln im örtlichen Rossmann dann wesentlich preiswerter. Bei Ankunft waren zwei Geschirrspültabs und Putztücher vorhanden. Es wird ein (wenn auch recht enger) Tiefgaragenstellplatz zugewiesen. Unser Glück war die Nebensaison, bei voller Besetzung hätten wir keine Chance gehabt, in den Parkplatz zu kommen. Es gibt aber auch Wohnungen mit Parkplatz auf dem eingezäunten Gelände, diese sind in dem Fall besser. Der Balkon war mit gemütlichen Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet, Decken als Polsterersatz vorhanden. Weiter befanden sich auf dem Balkon zwei Strandliegen und ein Sicht-Windschutz für den Strand. Auch die Küchenausstattung war grundsätzlich gut (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herd mit 4 Platten, Töpfe, Pfanne, Durchschlagsieb), allerdings könnte man gerade im Hinblick auf ein mögliche Belegung mit vier Personen hier etwas in der Quantität aufstocken. Es gab genau vier Müslischüssel, vier kleine Teller, vier tiefe Teller…., zwei Wein- und zwei Cocktailgläser. Zumindest genügend Platz wäre gewesen. Schlafzimmer mit geräumigen Schrank und gemütlichen Bett sowie einem kleinen Schreib- Schminktisch. Hunde sind erlaubt und kosten 200 Zloti pro Woche.
Den Schlüssel muss man sich am in der Nähe befindlichen Dune-Hotel holen. Dies wird aber nicht deutlich kommuniziert, ich habe es nur von den Bewertungen entnommen, welche ich gelesen habe. Auch an der Unterkunft findet sich kein Hinweis. Die Parkplätze in den Tiefgaragen sind nur für Kleinwagen geeignet, alternativ muss ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz in der Umgebung zugebucht werden. Im Umfeld finden sich keine kostenfreie Plätze. Es gibt nur polnische Sender, alternativ YouTube. Das Personal spricht ausschließlich polnisch, selbst in Englisch war die Verständigung zum Teil nicht möglich. Wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt für eine Woche mit Hund und Kurtaxe ca. 650 EUR bezahlt, an sich in Ordnung. Aber kein Schnäppchen. Im gleichen Zeitraum im Vorjahr haben wir in Grzybowo (Sunset Resort Nadmorska) direkt in der Nähe von Kolberg für eine besser ausgestattete Wohnung inkl. Parkplatz, Netflix, Deutsche Sender und Hund 390 EUR bezahlt. Leider war diese Wohnung in diesem Jahr bereits belegt. Bereits erwähnt hatte ich die karge Ausstattung an Geschirr, mit vier Personen wird es knapp. Gelobt wurde die Sauberkeit, oberflächlich ja: wir haben dann aber das Schafsofa ausgezogen, weil wir Fernsehen wollten, die Auflage war echt eklig - selbst waschen hat nichts gebracht. Auch die Dekokissen in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer waren nicht mehr wirklich sauber.
