Very good value for money. Host is great and accommodation is very good. Recommend it 100%

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. When I booked the accommodations he reach out to me and was very kind. When we arrived he was waiting for us and gave us the keys and showed us everything. He helped with transportation for taxis, since we were on a wedding and didn't want to drive with our car in Skopje. He also helped my father to get breakfast and coffee in the morning. The host is 10/10. Accommodation was very spacious, air condition was good and it is quiet and you can get good night sleep. Free parking inside the house yard which was very good.

There is no such thing for the 1 night we stayed. All best.

it was in quiet and secure neighbourhood, for sure. supermarket some 500m away, to the city centre 5km. suitable for 2 families or a big bunch of friends.

Exceptional

The owner was very kind and hepful, replied to our messages within a minute. It was very clean, and beds were prepared with towels and sheets as one would expect in an excellent hotel. The house is located in a very quiet neigborhood, parking is available, and it's only 5-10 min drive from the city center and 3 min drive to the nearest shopping centre. We had a great meal there in a local restaurant suggested by Ivan. All in all I would highly recommend this place.

Absolute favourite in Skopje

Spacious apartment, interesting interior, quiet location, private parking, fair air conditioning. Wonderful host, good value for money. Everything is as pointed out in other praising comments. Will definitely stay there when next time in Skopje.

Finding the location can take some time (but Google Maps helps out, luckily we downloaded the offline maps of Macedonia). The equipment shows some signs of wear, but considering the value for money, I would not count this as a problem. In reality, the only slight trouble was that there was a single mirror in the bathroom, and when you are lucky enough to travel with 2 ladies, there is little hope to see yourself often :)

Ivan is a great person. The house was cozy, clean and warm. It is spacious and there is plenty of seating for a lot of people. We were 10 people and we felt great.

Happy with our stay.

The apartment is very spacious. We were 3 people, (the apartment could fit 5 easily) and we were traveling with dogs of medium size. It has everything that you might need in your stay - fully supplied kitchen, spacious living/dining room. All was clean. Ivan was detailed about everything we can visit in Skopje. The apartment is not in the center, but for us it didn't matter, the location is good, easy to find if you have GPS, the street is quiet and although it's relatively close to a boulevard it is not noisy at all.

La casa era muy grande y cómoda, perfecta para 8 personas por la calidad/precio del mismo. El anfitrión muy amable esperando nuestra llegada y dándonos consejos para nuestro viaje por Macedonia.

Apartman je bez prijekorno čist, prostran. U apartmanu imate sve i za duži boravak ukoliko se odlučite da ostanete. Domaćin Ivan je jako ljubazan i spreman za sva pitanja i pomoć oko bilo čega što vam je potrebno. Topla preporuka za ove apartmane od velike porodice iz Banjaluke. Sigurno je da ćemo se uskoro opet družiti u ovim apartmanima.
